This custom home built in Hershey, PA received the 2010 Custom Home of the Year Award from the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg. An upscale home perfect for a family features an open floor plan, three-story living, large outdoor living area with a pool and spa, and many custom details that make this home unique.

This beautiful French Provincial home is set on 10 acres, nestled perfectly in the oak trees. The original home was built in 1974 and had two large additions added; a great room in 1990 and a main floor master suite in 2001. This was my dream project: a full gut renovation of the entire 4,300 square foot home! I contracted the project myself, and we finished the interior remodel in just six months. The exterior received complete attention as well. The 1970s mottled brown brick went white to completely transform the look from dated to classic French. Inside, walls were removed and doorways widened to create an open floor plan that functions so well for everyday living as well as entertaining. The white walls and white trim make everything new, fresh and bright. It is so rewarding to see something old transformed into something new, more beautiful and more functional.

Updating a recently built town home in culver city for a wonderful family was a very enjoyable project for us.
The townhouse bathroom had a basic look and was lacking in both storage and looks. the main part of this project was the custom design and building of the vanity unit and the extra storage with bi-fold doors so not to take up too much space. the floors were done with porcelain tile that mimics the rich look of Calcutta marble.
the large format tile gives a sensation of space and minimalize the amount of grout lines on the floor.
The shower unit received a much-needed high end plumbing fixture and the shower head was raised to a normal height. the walls were tiled with the same floor tile in a staggered pattern.
the bench wall is the center focal point and is boasting a
chiseled texture dark gray tile that is been complimented by the slate shower pan tile work.
notice the bench top and the step into the shower, it is done with a single piece of quartz stone for a clean and grout-less look.

The residence received a full gut renovation to create a modern coastal retreat vacation home. This was achieved by using a neutral color pallet of sands and blues with organic accents juxtaposed with custom furniture’s clean lines and soft textures.

A trellised terrace opens up to a quieter view of a magnificent existing redwood grove and bioswale filled with clusters of ornamental grasses and perennials.

New Architect-designed fountain finished with iridescent mix of glass mosaic tiles. Fountain bubblers to variable height, remotely controlled by owner. Koi ponds restored, new landscaping, entry walkways and lanai have received new tile.

The railings were sandblasted and received a special mix to create an oil rubbed bronze look.
We then capped the top of the railing using prime grade black walnut, bending and fabricating in our wood shop.

his modern new build located in the heart of Burnaby received an entire millwork and countertop package of the utmost quality. The kitchen features book matched walnut, paired with white upper cabinets to add a touch of light in the kitchen. Miele appliances surround the cabinetry.
The home’s front entrance has matching built in walnut book matched cabinetry that ties the kitchen in with the front entrance. A family room receives a Farmhouse Chic make over with the use of reclaimed barn wood, a soothing neutral palette of grey and beige, warm woods, and stone. Nailheads and mixed metals give it a contemporary lift.

While the bathroom portion of this project has received press and accolades, the other aspects of this renovation are just as spectacular. Unique and colorful elements reside throughout this home, along with stark paint contrasts and patterns galore.

A kitchen in a beautiful traditional home in Essex Fells NJ received a complete renovation. A stunning stainless steel and brass custom hood is center stage with elegant white cabinetry on either side. A large center island is anchored to the ceiling with the stainless lanterns.
