Guests are dazzled by a plethora of custom electronic selections, incorporated into the latest technology in a cozy, yet high-end residential-style environment. The entire space is home to dozens of custom paintings by local artists and master-crafted wood works and built in cabinetry. The reception area is complimented with a 55” custom designed Art Screen TV with retractable art that rolls up into a motorized casing to reveal a 4K TV screen. The additional spaces show beautifully, with a modern family room, a sophisticated entertainment lounge, and fully functional, stocked wet bar. An acoustically treated 2-Channel listening room houses the finest in McIntosh audio equipment complete with a turntable. This room was designed for vinyl record or streaming music for ‘audiophile enthusiasts.’ The DeVance 18 seat movie theater boasts a state-of-the-art perforated ten foot screen, JBL Synthesis 7.1 surround sound system and crystal clear Runco projection system. Guests enjoy luxurious motorized leather theater seating complete with warm throws and leather ottomans for comfortable movie viewing. The DeVance restrooms continue the Electronic Lifestyle theme on a more personal level, as they are equipped with the top of the line sensor faucets and sinks by TOTO USA, Electric Mirror TVs and the ‘cleaner and greener’ electronic TOTO USA Washlets! The ultimate vision for the DeVance Experience was to create an environment unlike any retail storefront or big box shop, where a unique and exciting experience awaits existing and prospective clients, guests, trade partners and business associates. We had the pleasure of working with a wonderful photography studio called Portraits by Ryan. Through our thoughtful designs, we created an open, light space for Ryan to work in with a contrasting white interior and black furniture that oozes class. In the reception area, we wanted to display his beautiful logo above the counter to make it a big statement when you enter. Beautiful pendant lighting against warm wood creates a stylish appeal. Inside, we stuck to the monochrome look throughout the studio, including using this grey wire to hang parts of Ryan’s amazing portfolio.

Multiple types of illumination bring out the various textures of this double height entrance hall of the Lapalma leisure center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a staircase located at the end of this elongated lobby and elegantly separated by the perforated metal screen.

This Artcraft kitchen cabinetry is a stunning combination of cool, white paint and warm, beautiful Cumaru veneers. Great attention was given to keep all components aligned with each other giving a clean contemporary feel. The SubZero refrigerator features Cumaru paneling that is completely flush with the cabinetry as is the paneling on the Bosch dishwasher. The Wolf ovens are “recessed” into the face of the oven cabinet, keeping the ovens flush with the cabinet faces. All of the base cabinetry is finished in the Cumaru veneers, including the back side of the island which gives the client a lot of extra storage in the Dining room. The Bar cabinetry is also a combination of white paint and Cumaru veneers. The Perlick wine coolers are covered in Cumaru décor panels. This Toronto condo lobby underwent extensive renovations with our design firm. We transformed the common space, reception area and lobby into a luxurious space with show-stopping features and high end finishes. From the detailed ceiling design to the gorgeous millwork this space truly morphed into a breathtaking condo lobby.

This summer house had its original layout and design when it was first brought. None of the initial elements were of value to the client, except of the exterior part of the house. When going through the redesign and execution process, the entire interior was destroyed, thus resulting in having 5 rooms (each with a bathroom), open and closed kitchen, living room, and reception area. Since it’s a summer house, there has a be a pool, so a long pool was build parallel to the house, with big open terraces that give a clear view of the Sea, which is directly in front of it. The main challenge was that due to its prime location, the material that was used had to be made up of smooth stones, to withstand the weather.

When people think of a salon, we visualize a quick paced space, full of bustle. This salon is designed to be a refuge for one, in oneself. The colours are warm and earthy, the light is functional yet soothing. The natural light is also welcomed in, with a beautiful tree as the backdrop. The Material palette is carefully composed together with shades of Walnut wood complemented by Matte Black paint and Off-White Paint. The warm tones in fabric, and the brass accents add a layer of comfort along with the placement of natural plants. The reception area and lounge is designed to give the customers a peek of the space and the luxurious experience that awaits them. The salon space itself is spread out, and minimal; fabric chairs also designed and manufactured by us, to sink into. The space is designed to connect people visually to the surrounding and to other people should they choose to be, and to the staff, that they always feel like they’re being taken care of, but also zoned such that one can choose to be reclusive and enjoy the company of oneself. The warmth we were able to achieve with the space was a result of well curated fabric, the right furniture type. with the pop of brass accents and the lighting. It is a perfect marriage of function and aesthetic in our clients’ eyes.
