This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. This Bathroom was designed by Tiasha from our Salem showroom. This bathroom remodel features Cabico Essence Vanity Cabinets with Maple Cartago door style (Raised Panel) and Brazilia (Brown) stain finish. This bathroom remodel also includes Cambria Quartz with Canterburry Color with an Ogee edge, double bowl vanity with reduced depth linen tower and matching mirrors. Other features include FloridaTile Mingle 12x12 soft Rock (flor, walls and shower), FloridaTile Mingle Warm Listello (Border in shower), Kohler Archer (Tub) and for faucets and hardware; Kohler Devonshire Brushed Bronze.

Because the double doors were the showpiece of the courtyard entry, the homeowners chose a different latch and lock for their side yard gate. They chose the Nero Contemporary Lever Latch and Square Modern Style Deadbolt in black. This photo shows the interior of the gate, latching against a fence panel. Photos by 360 Yardware

All of the drapery panels throughout the main level of the house were hand embroidered down the leading of edge of the ivory linen face panels with this moorish inspired pattern. A natural, open weave, sheer fabric is attached to the backs of the panels, exposed at the leading edges. This application adds lovely texture from the outside of the home, softening the ivory and blending with the stone and stucco exterior.
