This beautiful white full-wall tile marble bathroom features walk-in shower with height-adjusted shower tower, linear drain, extra wide shower recessed niche, frame-less glass door and shower seat; elegant white vanity with square sink and grey marble counter; waive-a-hand automatic anti-fog illuminating mirror; one-piece toilet with bidet seat; heated towel rack; tall built-in medicine cabinet with trash container; slim square illuminating magnifying mirror; radiant heated floors.

Our client had high-quality exterior hardware on the rest of her home, and when it came time to outfit the new trash and recycling enclosure, she wanted something of the same quality. She chose a Dark Bronze Contemporary Latch with Square Handle for its style and longevity. The latch looks contemporary while still being in touch with the traditional. In an installation like this, a client could choose to install just the latching side (the exposed side on the exterior of the enclosure).

This is the new staircase that replaced the pull down stairs. The stringers are 2" x 12" hand picked framing lumber that I sanded and primed white before assembly. The treads are 2" x 10" mahogany. I eased all four edges with a router, sanded and clear coated all sides of the treads with shellac. I then installed a simple fir handrail using satin nickle brackets. The hand rail is finished with a red mahogany stain and shellac. The finish coats of paint on the stringers and wall have not been applied yet. Also, the rough opening was drywalled, making a cleaner look at the wall/ceiling intersections.

A 4-poster bed, a private balcony, two-toned paint and abundant natural light make this master bedroom in Highland a wonderful place to wake each morning. Follow the link to our website to see where we build this inspired floor plan.
