Landscapes by TerraThis wooden area was overgrown and had no functional use for the homeowners. We were able to clear out the area and create useful space for them to enjoy the outdoors. By adding a dry stream bed we alleviated any potential issues with standing water, a mixture of medium river gravel and Glacier boulders were used in this feature.
This project also included adding a seating area, a flagstone pathway, using Oakfield steppers, that provides access from the driveway. We added in greenery that is easier for the homeowner to maintain and still gives you the rustic appeal of being in the woods. In the front yard the walkway was completed using Copthorne Liberty pavers and Coral Bells were planted along the entrance.
Amazing Blinds by ArmiThis solarium has a wall of windows with sloped glass above, which brings in plenty of natural light, but creates too much heat and glare during the day. The homeowners wanted to reduce the heat and glare while letting light through.
We installed motorized Hunter Douglas solar roller shades on the vertical windows. The solar fabric filters strong sunlight, reduces glare and UV exposure, and still allows daylight into the room.
Because the shades sit directly below the sloped skylights, the placement had to be planned carefully around the transition from the vertical windows to the angled glass. Motorization also makes it easy to raise or lower several large shades at once.
The result is a cleaner, more functional dining space with better control over sunlight, heat and glare.

Green Build PlusA newly built house project near the Qinling Mountains in Shangluo City, China. The total area of the project is about 500 square meters. The main products we provide are fixed windows and sliding doors. The villa, located in a mountainous region, has exceptionally high demands for the windproof and waterproof performance of doors and windows. We custom-made 100-series fixed windows and 90-series sliding windows for the client.
The windows and doors are not just a necessary element for the construction, but also play a crucial role in enhancing its appearance and functionality. Lowe's of Union New JerseyHere is our updated Mid century pink powder room. Our solution to the less than standard 18" or 21" depth vanity. A reduced depth vanity by Kraftmaid was employed. The countertop is a natural stone ( granite) We sourced a remnatnt from our local supplier, the stone is called brown persa. now considering the reduced depth a copper vessel sink was used and offset providing ample counter space.
BluPath DesignBlau-Thompson Residence
This Civil War era, 1680-square-foot three-story row house is located in the Italian Market section of Philadelphia. The BluPath Design principals and their young child were the clients. The project goal was to upgrade a traditional housing type to meet a contemporary lifestyle, applying both sustainable criteria and clean, modern yet sensual aesthetics. The challenge of the property (only 830 square feet in lot size) was to create a design that was small, but smart.
The structure formerly housed a luncheonette with two apartments above. The interior was gutted and renovated into a single family home. The construction of a small rear addition added a new kitchen on the first floor and new bathrooms on the second and third levels. The east-west orientation of the home was ideal for the roof-mounted solar collectors, which were installed to provide domestic hot water and supplement the new radiant floor heating system. Exterior sensors improve the efficiency of the heating system's response to fluctuations in outside temperature. A new white-coated, rubber membrane roof reduced the structure's heat gain by 20 percent. A water catch system collects rainwater and air conditioner condensation to water the home's small rear garden.
Large windows and skylights bring light deep into the row house and reduce the use of light fixtures. The rear yard garden features ipe decking (a dense, water-repellent hardwood) on permeable compacted gravel to minimize storm water runoff. BluPath Design’s principals used the project to demonstrate how sustainability can be integrated with beauty and function, with sensual materials and colors, well-proportioned and light-filled rooms, economic use of space, and thoughtful details. Cherry flooring and custom stairs complement the Indian slate tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen features custom walnut cabinets with blue granite counters and backsplashes. The first floor dining area is illuminated by a BluPath-designed fiber-optic chandelier. Ipe hardwood is also used for the master bath tub-surround and shower floor. Sliding frosted glass panels separating the master bath from other living areas allows light from the corner windows to naturally illuminate the adjacent room.

Ongoing drought and climate change conditions continue to affect water levels in Lake Mead – Southern Nevada's primary water supply. As a result, the federal government declared a shortage on the Colorado River, reducing Southern Nevada's available water supply by 8.1 billion gallons, and additional reductions are expected in the coming years.
To help manage these water supply constraints, the Southern Nevada Water Authority approved a resolution in July 2022 that supports a 600-square-foot surface area limit on new residential pools. The Las Vegas Valley Water District and other local jurisdictions approved this change shortly thereafter with rule and code changes. This measure will help reduce consumptive water use associated with evaporative water loss, targeting savings from the top 25 percent of new pools constructed.
