A room which features only what is essential, yet radiates warmth and harmony. While the lines are clear and reduced, the colours and materials have been combined subtly and gently. Warm grey and beige tones contrast discreetly with the matt black of the fittings, high gloss fronts with the vibrant, exciting texture of terrazzo.

Client wanted to re-do all their landscaping. Featured in these images are the front yard and driveway. We installed a concrete stamped driveway, pavers, shrubs, mulch, artificial turf, pea gravel, planter boxes and pots, and outdoor lighting.

This was an overseeding of the back yard, in the deep shade of this magnificent native Big Leaf Maple tree. Grass is performing beautifully. Naturally selected glyphosate resistant grass can withstand a spraying with 1% solution. This is used sparingly to limit invasive unwanted grass encroachment, like silver velvet grass. Turf is very drought tolerant.

The interior side of the MAN CAVE has traditional vinyl window blinds, however they are not actually blocking the heat. It is obvious where the SunTek Dual Reflective 15% window film is installed. The areas without window film are allowing an excessive amount of light, heat and glare to pour into the room. Josh Kohlenberg
