Clients had a maple wood kitchen with rust and ivory tile. They wanted a fresh, new look for their kitchen. We had the kitchens removed and sprayed white, added tile up the window wall, refreshed the island, changed counters, and put in new lighting.

Part of the larger Kitchen and Scullery renovation, the adjacent living room was thoughtfully refreshed to better align with the scale and character of the space. The outdated tile was removed and the fireplace was built out to emphasize the height of the cathedral ceilings, creating a stronger architectural focal point. Our team custom designed and built a new mantel, paired with a black slate 12x24 tile surround and hearth, bringing a clean, elevated look that anchors the room.

Step into a modern oasis with this bright and colorful primary bedroom. The cream upholstered bed mixed with the green wallpaper and blush chair provide the perfect space for your restful nights.

Our clients wanted to refresh a dated dining room. The before boasted rust colored grasscloth, plantation shutters and brown/rust/olive color scheme. We wanted to give this space new life by adding white walls, millwork and some bright, fresh furnishings.

Our design studio gave the main floor of this home a minimalist, Scandinavian-style refresh while actively focusing on creating an inviting and welcoming family space. We achieved this by upgrading all of the flooring for a cohesive flow and adding cozy, custom furnishings and beautiful rugs, art, and accent pieces to complement a bright, lively color palette. In the living room, we placed the TV unit above the fireplace and added stylish furniture and artwork that holds the space together. The powder room got fresh paint and minimalist wallpaper to match stunning black fixtures, lighting, and mirror. This 1990s home needed some updates in key areas of the home. We refreshed the family room mantel with a new profile and designer tile to liven up the living space, then took the home’s multiple bathrooms to a whole new level. In the master bathroom, we took out the builder grade tub and added a sleek soaker tub with more functional his and her vanities. For less maintenance, we used ceramic porcelain tile that replicates the marble the homeowners admired. In a smaller secondary bathroom, the floor is the star of the show and is appropriately complemented by the undulating quasi subway tile revealing subtle variations. We also repurposed their existing vanity and maintained a craftsman feel with clean-lined accessories to stay pristine. The third bathroom embraces simplicity with subtle texture, from the navy concrete looking floors to the unique ombre coloration in the 4×8” shower tile. We kept the overall design simple, leaving all the design details to exude from the variation in the tiles themselves.

The primary goal of this basement project was to give these homeowners more space: both for their own everyday use and for guests. By excavating an unusable crawl space, we were able to build out a full basement with 9’ high ceilings, a guest bedroom, a full bathroom, a gym, a large storage room, and a spacious entertainment room that includes a kitchenette. In all, the homeowners gained over 1,100 of finished space.
