I was hired to buy all the furniture and accessories, bring them in and place them so that the owners who lived abroad could rent this condo out furnished. This included pots and pans, towels, cutlery etc. Everything so that the renter could move right in.
It was challenging but the result was rewarding. If you are thinking about furnishing your condo or home so that you can rent it out or furnish it with the goal of selling it, give us a call. We work with realtors who pay some of our costs.

The Model by Beasley & Henley utilizes the high-end finishes available in the rest of the 216 units at Casa Mirella, including granite countertops, stainless appliances and high end details to appeal to this sophisticated segment of the renter market. The interior design team, under the direction of Troy Beasley, created a lifestyle through its interiors that showcase the spacious floor plan, casual living and elegant design available in apartment life.

A rental can be many things —
uninspired isn’t one of them.
This studio had good bones, height, and potential… but none of it was being used. So we rebuilt the story from the inside out, carving intention into every slope, corner, and sightline.
Nature-inspired wallpapers wrap the space with mood and movement. Sleek, masculine elements meet midcentury curves, creating a palette that feels collected, not chaotic. The open concept becomes a playground for contrast: industrial details softened by rich texture, warm woods, and refined finishes.
It’s sexy. It’s artsy. It’s editorial.
And yes — it’s still a rental.
A sanctuary carved out of constraints. A space that finally reflects the life being lived inside it.

In the dining room, a new chandelier was added and all of the furniture and art was selected for this room.

Deck and Patio’s Outdoor Living Expert, Bill Renter, saw the main drawback to this property was how flat the grade was. Through 3-D renditions, he showed the homeowners how different patio levels would make the yard appear bigger. Expert lighting transforms their backyard into a completely different, yet still beautiful, atmosphere at night.

Our SKIRO model is the ONLY roller shade designed specifically for tilt & turn windows.
The SKIRO roller blind is designed to be mounted on the window frame so the homeowner or renter can open the window fully without interfering with the shade. The SKIRO roller shade is designed to move with the window as it tilts inward or opens in like a door. All the shade’s features remain fully functional whether the window is open or closed.
The SKIRO roller blind uses our taut hanging system where the shade is attached to the window with brackets at both the top and the bottom. This mounting option eliminates the annoying issue of the tilt and turn window hitting your blinds as you tilt the window inward. Our unique SKIRO roller shade can be mounted to hang from the top or from the bottom, if desired, using a special cord run to increase the cord tension.
The SKIRO roller shade is available in over 100 fabrics and four transparency levels including blackout fabric. Patterns and images can be customized to suit your design needs.
We can also customize most any print desired on the shade’s fabric for the ultimate customization for most every window type.
