This colonial home in Penn Valley, PA, needed a complete interior renovation. Working closely with the owners, we renovated all three floors plus the basement. Now the house is bright and light, featuring open layouts, loads of natural light, and a clean design maximizing family living areas. Highlights include: - creating a guest suite in the third floor/attic - installing custom millwork and moulding in the curved staircase and foyer - creating a stunning, contemporary kitchen, with marble counter tops, white subway tile back splash, and an eating nook. RUDLOFF Custom Builders has won Best of Houzz for Customer Service in 2014, 2015 2016 and 2017. We also were voted Best of Design in 2016, 2017 and 2018, which only 2% of professionals receive. For the Orpen’s remodel we sanded and refinished all newel posts and handrail to ebony / red mahogany color stain, then installed our powder coated PC4/1 Single Twist, PC6/1 Single Basket and PC6/4 Double Basket balusters in Classic Black. To finish, we repainted the end caps and balcony caps and applied at least two coats of satin polyurethane on all the stained wood.

Hickory hardwood is commonly known to be hard as stone, heavy as lead and strong as an ox. It is these unique characteristics that make Hickory such a durable and tough wood for any flooring application!

We installed this Sand Printed Lattice Pattern by Candice Olson in a powder room in Redondo Beach. The lines of the pattern are actually made of sand, adding not just a pattern but texture to the walls.
