Massive sliding closet doors continue the lines of the kitchen down the hall toward the entry. The main hallway of the apartment is a runway of gray porcelain tiles which run through the kitchen. Suspended lines of light over the hallway draw visitors from the entry toward the kitchen.

As part of the kitchen renovation a compact bathroom was added to the apartment in a wide central hallway. The bathroom is clad in gorgeous contemporary porcelain tile designed by Patricia Urquiola. The white quartz shower bench is integrated with the curb, part-height wall and sink to appear as an integrated furnishing within this tile box.

This pool has four different levels with the spa being the high point of the project 30" above finish floor of the house, level two is the glass tile wet deck just below spa spillway, level 3 is the main pool, level four is the lower trough which is at rear patio level.
