A contemporary new construction home located in Abbotsford, BC. The exterior body is mainly acrylic stucco (X-202-3E) and Hardie Panel painted in Benjamin Moore Black Tar (2126-10) & Eldorado Ledgestone33 Beach Pebble.

This award winning, luxurious home reinvents the ranch-style house to suit the lifestyle and taste of today’s modern family. Featuring vaulted ceilings, large windows and a screened porch, this home embraces the open floor plan concept and is handicap friendly. Expansive glass doors extend the interior space out, and the garden pavilion is a great place for the family to enjoy the outdoors in comfort. This home is the Gold Winner of the 2019 Obie Awards. Although classified as a ranch-style, the local topography often allows for a walk-out basement in the back, so we made use of an existing previously unused lower level and created an outdoor entertaining area with fireplace in the backyard. The custom "clipped- corner" windows reflect the front of house style. The project included a basement remodel as well. Heith Comer Photograpy
