The shower floor is tiled in natural marble and the shower walls with white porcelain subway tile. The deco strip is comprised of one row of glossy black subway tile and flanked by two rows of glossy black tiles featuring a classic rope design. This condo was in major need of an upgrade. We opened up the pass through into the living room and added and island. This kitchen now features antique white full overlay cabinets with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The homeowner wanted to use rope molding as a detail in the crown molding, as well as a stained wood finish on the island to contrast the other painted white cabinets. Other decorative and functional features added are the glass door cabinets over the coffee area, along with the built in microwave, french door refrigerator, and the natural stone tile backsplash.

A nautical fabric. Red, white, and blue stripes mix with sail and rigging. A unique fabric for those that love sailing! A weathered sail is secured with rope rigging. The pattern is mixed with stripes, giving it a crisp look. Grommits, stitching lines, and rope trim on some of the stripes adds to the nautical look. This is done in shades of Copen blue, deep blue, orange-red, white, and tones of beige. This fabric is 54 1/2" wide. The two beige stripes with the rope and the grommets, measured together, are just under 9 1/2" ( 24.13 cm. ) across. This is a mid-weight home decorating fabric. It has a matte, dry look and feel. It is perfect for curtains, cushions, duvets, etc. This is for a yard ( 36" ) cut.
