A rustic kids' room designed for ages 4 to 10, featuring cozy double deck beds, soft gray carpet flooring, and a warm, playful ambiance. This functional and eco-friendly space is part of the sustainable organic modern mountain home.

Our Long Island studio designed this stunning home with bright neutrals and classic pops to create a warm, welcoming home with modern amenities. In the kitchen, we chose a blue and white theme and added leather high chairs to give it a classy appeal. Sleek pendants add a hint of elegance. In the dining room, comfortable chairs with chequered upholstery create a statement. We added a touch of drama by painting the ceiling a deep aubergine. AJI also added a sitting space with a comfortable couch and chairs to bridge the kitchen and the main living space. The family room was designed to create maximum space for get-togethers with a comfy sectional and stylish swivel chairs. The unique wall decor creates interesting pops of color. In the master suite upstairs, we added walk-in closets and a twelve-foot-long window seat. The exquisite en-suite bathroom features a stunning freestanding tub for relaxing after a long day.

Overlooking of the surrounding meadows of the historic C Lazy U Ranch, this single family residence was carefully sited on a sloping site to maximize spectacular views of Willow Creek Resevoir and the Indian Peaks mountain range. The project was designed to fulfill budgetary and time frame constraints while addressing the client’s goal of creating a home that would become the backdrop for a very active and growing family for generations to come. In terms of style, the owners were drawn to more traditional materials and intimate spaces of associated with a cabin scale structure.

We used the timber frame of a century old barn to build this rustic modern house. The barn was dismantled, and reassembled on site. All of our furniture is handcrafted by us in house. We use reclaimed wood and eco friendly finishes. This is our floating platform bed with integrated nightstands on hairpin legs. We use reclaimed barn board and threshing boards, whitewash over grey in this design. We craft all furniture after it is ordered. This particular customer required that we craft the headboard in 2 separate pieces to be able to maneuver it up into their loft master bedroom, totally doable with custom woodworking.

The platform bed features a distinctive wave-shaped upholstered headboard outlined with a smooth wooden frame. Its balanced proportions, rounded platform and warm natural finish create a refined statement piece for modern bedrooms. The design blends organic modern curves with Scandinavian-inspired simplicity while offering a luxurious handcrafted appearance.
