High-Access Window Replacement – Safely Completed with a 42-Foot Lift
This third-story dormer window was long overdue for replacement — the old unit was damaged, boarded up, and no longer functional. With no safe ladder access and a steep roof pitch, we brought in a lift to get the job done safely and correctly.
What we did:
✔️ Removed the damaged, non-functional window
✔️ Installed a new American Craftsman replacement unit
✔️ Reflashed, sealed, and insulated the opening
✔️ Ensured proper drainage and weather protection
✔️ Completed all work from a high-reach lift for maximum safety
No shortcuts, no risky ladder setups — just safe, professional work executed the right way.
If you have hard-to-reach windows or high-elevation exterior work, we have the equipment and experience to handle it.

Kitchen cabinet refacing project in Aliso Viejo, CA with a brand new island!
First, we made some modifications to the existing cabinets to increase both functionality as cosmetics.
The two doors left of the oven we replaced with drawers. The cabinet over the hood was brought out from the wall to create a staggered appearance, and the fridge cabinet was replaced with a full depth cabinet to give a cleaner look and eliminate clutter on top of the fridge.
We replaced the island with new cabinets that have six drawers on the front, and four full height doors on the 10" deep island back cabinets. Then, we topped the dark gray island with a white pigmented butcher block. 100% food safe finish.
The new kitchen looks amazing!

AFTER
This backflow assembly was installed incorrectly, on the surface (making it a major freezing hazard) and without unions (making the repair job 4x more expensive).
We came in and completely reinstalled the assembly.

This Buckley home received a full roof replacement using CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Georgetown Gray, giving the 3,300 sq. ft. property a clean, refreshed look. While the project was straightforward, we improved the home’s ventilation by installing 17 new attic vents to support long-term roof performance. After the main installation was complete, we returned to replace the homeowner’s skylight—a standard, roof-safe process that allows for upgrades without compromising the new roofing system. The final result is a durable, well-ventilated roof designed to serve the home for decades.
