We renovated a residential bathroom by meticulously removing existing tiles from the floors and walls and replacing them with stunning new options that elevate the space.
We gutted the walls down to the studs and installed waterproof sheetrock to ensure durability and water resistance.
Our team replaced the old shower tub and shower wall tiles, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. We upgraded the lighting by installing three new hi-hat fixtures, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. All existing switches and GFCI were replaced to meet safety standards.
Additionally, we installed a new door and modern bathroom fixtures, ensuring a cohesive look. Plumbing and electrical systems were thoroughly checked and brought up to code.
To complete the transformation, we supplied and installed a sleek new shower glass door, adding an elegant touch to the newly remodeled bathroom.

Alpha Wellness Sensations is the world's leading manufacturer of custom saunas, luxury infrared cabins, professional steam rooms, immersive salt caves, built-in ice chambers and experience showers for residential and commercial clients.
Our company is the dominating custom wellness provider in Europe for more than 35 years. All of our products are fabricated in Europe, 100% hand-crafted and fully compliant with EU’s rigorous product safety standards. We use only certified wood suppliers and have our own research & engineering facility where we developed our proprietary heating mediums. We keep our wood organically clean and never use in production any glues, polishers, pesticides, sealers or preservatives.

We built and stained the new stair treads and handrails to match the flooring, for an integrated, purposeful look. Stainless steel rods running with the slope of the stairs completed the open feel of the new stairs, while still meeting current safety standards.
White perimeter cabinets combined with a dark-blue island and wine bar bases give the kitchen a distinct coastal vibe without appearing too beachy. We added a second row of upper cabinets to the original design. These have glass doors and integrated lighting and maximize the light, spacious, “greatroom” aura of the new, open lower level.
We fabricated the island countertop so the stovetop sits flush with the surface, giving a seamless, integrated look and feel to the spacious island. For a touch of nostalgia and nautical flair, the client selected brass light fixtures and cabinet pulls as the perfect accents, to make the new kitchen space feel like home.

The steep hillside lot had been developed with a single-family residence (1965), which was at the maximum area for local zoning; therefore, the only way to enlarge the residence was to add a basement. During the cost analysis process, it became clear that supporting the house while creating a basement – and then substantially remodeling the remaining structure – would require far more effort and treasure than to replace the house entirely.
Located just over one mile from the San Andreas Fault, the Owners tasked the design team to find a superior solution to the “Life Safety” standard required by Code. The team combined advances in seismic analysis and building technology to create for the owners one of the most seismically resilient houses built in the US.
The newly designed house takes full advantage of the potential of this beautiful site. The home centers on large public rooms opening to outdoor spaces and the use of natural light. On the top level, the kitchen and family room sit side-by-side creating a shared space, with an expansive floor-to-ceiling folding door system allowing the rooms to open completely to the south-facing upper terrace and garage roof deck. An outdoor cooking area supports both family dinners as well as large gatherings of friends and family. Also on the top level, a living room and lounge area open to a large deck cantilevered high above the ground and oriented to the northern views. The feeling of being “in the trees” enhances the connection to the impressive landscape.

Homeowner Services of Michigan (HSM) is excited to share the details of a new 16' x 22' family room expansion in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This project reflects our dedication to meeting our clients' specific needs.
Our clients approached us needing more space for their growing family and wanted a seamless integration with their existing home. After thorough consultations, we developed a plan to bring their vision to life.
The project began with careful architectural planning. We worked with a local architect to create detailed plans and secured all necessary permits to ensure compliance with local building codes.
Site preparation involved demolishing an existing carport, grading, and excavation to prepare the building pad for the new foundation. This step was essential to ensure a stable base for the construction.
Our team then focused on structural framing, tying the new addition to the existing home. We ensured that the new structure matched the current architectural style for a seamless blend. The addition was then roofed and sheathed to provide a sturdy and weatherproof exterior.
Next, we addressed the electrical work, installing new circuits for lighting, HVAC, and receptacles, and adding smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to meet safety standards. A licensed journeyman electrician performed the electrical service to ensure high-quality and compliant installations.
Insulation and drywall installation followed. We installed batt insulation to meet or exceed Michigan Energy Code requirements. The interior surfaces were finished with drywall, taping, mudding, sanding, and priming to prepare for painting. Baseboard molding and trim around doors and windows added the finishing touches.
Exterior features were also important. We framed and installed new windows and a front entry door and added a front eyebrow vent feature to match the existing structure. Vinyl siding was installed to complete the exterior, ensuring a cohesive look and enhanced curb appeal.
Throughout the project, we maintained a clean and professional worksite, disposing of debris responsibly and minimizing disruption to the client's daily lives. Our focus was always on delivering quality and ensuring client satisfaction.
This home addition project highlights our commitment to understanding and fulfilling our clients' needs. We are proud to have added valuable space and enhanced the overall functionality and aesthetic of the home.
These folks had a vision, a budget, and a whole lot of patience. We got through this family room remodel during a global pandemic. What great people to work with!

At the Lumidal Houston home, we did a full baluster swap with our normal touch up work. In addition to trading out the wooden pickets for wrought iron balusters, we also had to re-space the pattern to meet code. The end result meets safety standards, and is a beautiful staircase that enriches the entryway of the home.

A wall once enclosed the stairwell and a small opening led through to a small dining room that spanned from the end of the island to the refrigerator wall. We took away five walls and opened the area up. We also closed off a window that is now where the range is. To the left of the kitchen we took away an exterior wall and added an additional living room. We had to update the electrical panel in order to bring the kitchen up to todays electrical codes and safety standards.

Project Objectives:
Upgrade bathroom fixtures and finishes to modern, high-efficiency models.
Implement innovative storage solutions for a clutter-free environment.
Focus on energy-saving lighting and water-conserving fixtures.
Design a space that offers both luxury and functionality, serving as a private retreat.
Complete the project within budget and on schedule, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
