This colonial home in Penn Valley, PA, needed a complete interior renovation. Working closely with the owners, we renovated all three floors plus the basement. Now the house is bright and light, featuring open layouts, loads of natural light, and a clean design maximizing family living areas. Highlights include: - creating a guest suite in the third floor/attic - installing custom millwork and moulding in the curved staircase and foyer - creating a stunning, contemporary kitchen, with marble counter tops, white subway tile back splash, and an eating nook. TAURUS This beautiful pre-assembled, pre-hung entry door unit is hand-made in the USA with love by CBW Windows & Doors, located in Los Angeles, CA. The Taurus door is made of a double-pane, tempered, insulated glass unit inside of a 2 ½” aluminum frame. The left sidelight is 9” wide and is made of double-paned, tempered, insulated glass in your choice of acid-etched (frosted) or clear low-E glass. This unit comes with the jamb, sidelight, butt hinges, rolling latch, Euro-profile cylinder, anodized aluminum threshold, and 36” offset brushed stainless steel back-to-back pull bar. Studio KZ remodeled this large kitchen to improve both its form and function. By installing brand new cabinets, creamy marble countertops, brushed nickel fixtures, and a touch of paint and wallpaper this dated kitchen was infused with rich color and classic design. The addition of new appliances throughout made this a sleek and efficient space for both cooking and entertaining. In this photo we have the custom wallpapered phone niche.
