Enclosed dining room - transitional medium tone wood floor, brown floor, wall paneling, wainscoting and wallpaper enclosed dining room idea in New York with white walls

This kitchen was an important part of a new dream home build for a recently retired couple who chose to settle in the heart of Vancouver with their grown children nearby. Timeless and traditional was their wish. A Piano shaped island is the star of the space and invites movement around the island and the family dinner table nearby.

My clients wanted a change of scenery from a Victorian home on Cape Cod to the North Georgia mountains, and settled on this gorgeous custom home on a mountain top in Mineral Bluff. Going from antiques to rustic modern, they opted to bring just one piece of furniture with them! Our goal was to create warm, comfortable spaces for entertaining. Their new home accommodates many family members and friends to enjoy the views.

Not everything needs to announce itself.
This Newport Beach primary bath was designed to feel settle rather than styled- a place that makes sense in the morning and even more at the end of a long day. We kept the palette honest. We let the materials do what they naturally do.
Its not trying to be a showpiece.
Its meant to be lived in- quietly, daily, and for a long time.

The guest bedroom is intentionally simple and restful, with a neutral palette, soft carpeting and dedicated closet storage so visiting family and friends have a comfortable place to settle in.

This 1927 Spanish Colonial home was in dire need of an upgraded Master bathroom. We completely gut the bathroom and re-framed the floor because the house had settled over time. The client selected hand crafted 3x6 white tile and we installed them over a full mortar bed in a Subway pattern. We reused the original pedestal sink and tub, but had the tub re-glazed. The shower rod is also original, but we had it dipped in Polish Chrome. We added two wall sconces and a store bought medicine cabinet.

Here is a list of some of the work we do. Foundation is a case by case situation that requires experts to analyze and assess what should be done to repair:
Remedial repairs of cracked, settled, shifted, rotated and/or deteriorated sections of concrete perimeter foundation walls. Any type of post/pier issues (shifted, deteriorated, cracked, settled, “over shimmed,” undersized, etc. Repair of wood damaged framing/structural components in the foundation system area.
Floor leveling performed on a case-by-case basis. In instances where a crawl space has debris in it that will limit our ability to perform any of the above tasks, we will also remove and haul away past debris that has been left in the space (we, of course, always remove all debris created during the course of our work).
Creating additional support systems in key locations of the foundation area to accommodate existing structural deficiencies and further protect your home.

Edina MN Front Entrance: This project was performed not only to update the existing entrance pathways, correct settling and cracked driveways but also to create a unified "seating area" in the middle of a double home but for the homeowners to have a space to garden and entertain.

Look at how the design of the outdoor lighting system enhances this home's best features. From up lighting the stone columns and trees to washing the home's facade in light, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Northern Ohio settles for nothing less than perfection.
