The North Shore Estate brings French Country Modern to the last place you'd expect it — and makes it feel completely at home. Exposed trusses and natural wood beams run against crisp white walls, while bold black-and-white geometric patterns anchor the floors with European precision. The tension between old-world structure and island ease is the point. The kitchen is the clearest expression of that balance: stone backsplash, brushed brass hardware, and a custom hood with gold detailing that reads as both refined and relaxed. Bathrooms carry the same duality — checkerboard marble floors and vertical board and batten millwork, lit by fixtures dramatic enough to hold their own against the architecture. Arched windows, curved mirrors, and layered neutrals soften the edges throughout.
