Rustic isn’t always rough around the edges, and you don’t have to live on a farm to love farmhouse style. Here, we've transformed traditional elements to create a modern farmhouse bedroom. Our Triangle bedding honors the tradition of quilting, a hallmark of farmhouse style, while the Lincoln poster bed adds modern drama to the simply furnished space. The palette is simple and welcoming, and black and white bedroom ideas abound throughout the room: the bedding, the Kennington table lamp, and the nature-inspired photographs.

This guest room was connected to a Jack & Jill bath and the concept here was for this to be "Jill's Room". Not wanting it to be overly girly, we went with a neutral blush tone and added in copper, cream, and gray tones for balance. We combined this palette with geometric patterns and textured vinyl to create a sensory experience. It created an earthy modern vibe that we simply adore!

The height of the ceilings and windows in the media room called for tall window treatments. As my client requested a black out environment, I chose a tailored cornice which is the only way to truly achieve complete darkness. By simply unhooking the tiebacks, the drapes fall closed. Simple classic and elegant.

Bringing a chair into the mix allows for yet another person to come join the conversation. The cocktail ottoman is good for putting up your feet, or creating another place to have your guests sit around by simply moving it to one side.

With the lightness of the white washed pine paneling on the walls, Julie used a linen valence over the windows so that they would simply disappear and add softness. Two small driftwood stools were used together to create a functional coffee table.
