Seriously Sari Interiors, opened in 2022. With over 12 years in the industry, Megan is knowledgable in all forms of design. Megan began learning design at Kent State University in Kent Ohio, where she went to Interior Design School and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a minor in Marketing. While in school, she interned at a Top 100 Design Firm, Cullman & Kravis, in New York City and a design firm in Severna Park, Maryland. Junior year of college, Megan studied abroad at Kent State in Florence, Italy, in their interior design program. Upon graduation she decided to move to Annapolis, Maryland where she began her full time design career. She has worked on construction projects from the ground up, renovations of kitchens and baths, as well as furnishing entire homes and spaces. With great contractors and resources, there isn't any project too big or too small. Megan grew up in Woodbridge, Connecticut and moved to Maryland after college. I hired Megan (best decision ever!) to do a complete renovation of a condo I bought after moving to the area. The condo had great potential, but needed a lot of work. Megan has transformed it into a lovely coastal home that is both a testament to her skill in design and also very much "me". Megan really understood my interests and has managed to create a beautiful home that I look forward to enjoying for years to come.

For a complete “down to the studs” remodel of a 1988 bathroom suite into a 2023 primary bath, we used Megan Reiley and Seriously Sari Interiors. My contractor recommended her as someone he was impressed with when he worked with her before. From our first meeting I knew she was right for the job. She completely understood my ideas for the project, even if they were a little sketchy. I wanted modern & functional with a touch of Japanese design simplicity and beauty. She had enough experience to show me several samples of the materials we used without overwhelming me with dozens. In every instance there was a perfect choice. She handled the changes I made with grace. She never tried to talk me into more than I wanted, There were so many details she was able to walk me through, which I hadn’t anticipated or known about. That alone made hiring a designer worthwhile and in addition Megan was professional, experienced, always responsive through email or phone calls, and on time for appointments. We would gladly work with her again.

We were moving from an apartment into a house, and I really didn't know where to start as far as furniture or anything else that would be needed to make our house a home. I also didn't know how to articulate our taste. Megan was a great guide, helping us figure out what we liked, coordinating our home beautifully, and being responsive to our needs every step of the way. Our house looks fantastic thanks to her hard work!

Megan is an absolute professional who led the renovation and design of six rooms on the main floor of our home. Megan Trachtman Reiley is a superior interior designer. She initially helped me with a small project and I was so impressed with her aesthetic that I hired her to do a complete overhaul of my Bay house. The final product was stunning, so much so that when I later sold my home, the buyers inquired about purchasing all of the furnishings, too! Megan is now designing my new home. She is extremely professional, organized, and flexible. She “gets” what her clients want and delivers beautifully. Highly recommend.

Megan Trachtman with Fitzsimmons Design in Annapolis helped design and decorate our home before the ground was even broken on our lot! Megan helped us from the design phase of our home, through construction, attended builder meetings along side with us, coordinated colors, fixtures, flooring, drapery, furnishing, lights, you name it, she touched every aspect of what we call home today. Megan is thoughtful in her design approach taking into account our likes and dislikes, while opening our perspective to incorporate both stylish and timeless design elements within our home. She designed and coordinated the installation of numerous built-in 's and wall decor that we would have never thought of on our own. Megan helped transform my house into a beautiful, warm, welcoming home. I get overwhelmed with too many choices and Megan so easily & quickly discovered what I was looking for. She presented samples and combinations based on this and it made it so much fun for me. I had my floors replaced, as well as sunroom, kitchen and front room decorated. I also had a dog door installed which my dogs love. (They also love Megan) Everyone she partnered with was professional, detail oriented, and timely. I feel like I live in a cozy oasis.

We hired Megan to do a great deal of remodeling in our house, including our entire 1st floor (kitchen, dining room, family room, office, half bath) as well as part of our upstairs 3 bedrooms and bath). We still intend to do the master bed and bath. It included some light structural work as well - taking out a half wall and redoing the stair banisters and railings) and electrical and plumbing work. The majority of this was done over a span of 2 months while we were out of state. This worked out really well for us. Meagan was wonderful to work with. Once she had an idea of what we wanted with respect to colors and styles, she put together a great design. Our 1st floor is fairly open and she did a great job of designing each room, but also ensuring that they all tied together. She then worked with the teams to get the work done within the 2 months. She sent us photos of the progress and consulted us for any major questions or issues. She always responded quickly to any questions or concern we had. In the end, she just wanted to make sure we were happy and that we got what we wanted. This included bringing back the workers to make some small adjustments after we got back. All-in-all, we are very pleased with the work she did. I would not hesitate to hire her for additional work in the future.
