This 32” x 19” handmade stainless steel single basin undermount kitchen sink combines functionality, quality, and affordability. Perfect for any kitchen space, this undermount sink is made of surgical grade 16 gauge SUS 304 stainless steel, with an optimized 18pct chromium and 10pct nickel content to provide excellent strength and hardness. The specially chosen satin finish will hide water spots and maintain a uniform patina finish as the sink ages. The extra-deep basin accommodates pots and pans easily, but it also hides dirty dishes in the sink basin and under the countertop line. Modern luxury meets warm farmhouse in this Southampton home! Scandinavian inspired furnishings and light fixtures create a clean and tailored look, while the natural materials found in accent walls, casegoods, the staircase, and home decor hone in on a homey feel. An open-concept interior that proves less can be more is how we’d explain this interior. By accentuating the “negative space,” we’ve allowed the carefully chosen furnishings and artwork to steal the show, while the crisp whites and abundance of natural light create a rejuvenated and refreshed interior. This sprawling 5,000 square foot home includes a salon, ballet room, two media rooms, a conference room, multifunctional study, and, lastly, a guest house (which is a mini version of the main house).

The stone base, painted blue shingle upper story and hipped natural shingle roof create a distinctive composition reminiscent of an architectural precedent nearly one hundred years old.

This laundry area had a single cabinet over washer and dryer along with a wash tub next to it. Adjacent wall was empty and now holds coats, hats and provides a spot to lace up your shoes.
