Here we have a contemporary home in Monterey Heights that is perfect for entertaining on the main and lower level. The vaulted ceilings on the main floor offer space and that open feeling floor plan. Skylights and large windows are offered for natural light throughout the house. The cedar insets on the exterior and the concrete walls are touches we hope you don't miss. This small backyard landscape sandwiched between home and garage, was transformed from a drab weed patch into a stunning outdoor breakfast nook! Porcelain patio pavers were carefully installed for improved drainage to move water away from the home. A new cedar fence was installed between neighboring lots. A custom cedar trellis was installed over the garage facade, to draw attention away from the garage siding, framing windows and foliage. Pretty white planters, large hydrangea blooms, crisp lime green hostas and purple pansies add color and brightness to this shaded retreat. LED lighting and irrigation systems were also integrated into the landscape.

San Francisco, CA - Some of our most exclusive garage door designs have been crafted for the Bay area community. The affinity for rich architectural garage door design is well received by the luxury homes found throughout San Francisco. This custom wood garage door has a sophisticated modern design with its asymmetrical windows slightly tinted and framed with silver steel frames that create a phenomenal combination with the horizontal Ipe slats. The garage door was done in solid Ipe planks to match the exiting accent siding found around the house.Refinishing the siding at the time of the garage door and front entry gate made a huge impact on this modern home that hadn't been touched in well over a decade. The refreshing new look and stunning appearance can be attributed to the custom designed garage door and entry security gate, both done by Dynamic Garage Door. The project included a new custom designed garage door and steel/glass entry gate that have similar elements but are different in their own architectural essence so as not to compete with each other or the general asymmetrical design of the home. In this Victorian home on Capitol Hill, the interior had been gut renovated by a developer to match a modern farmhouse aesthetic which did not reflect our client. Our scope included a complete overhaul of the primary bathroom and powder room, a heavy kitchen refresh, along with new hardware, doors, paint, lighting, furnishings and window treatments throughout the home. Our goal was to also elevate the home’s architectural details, including a new stair rail, back to what could have been original millwork while creating a feminine, sophisticated space for a family of 5 (plus one adorable furry friend).
