This midcentury modern bathroom retained the original cabinetry but used fun glass tile accents and a turquoise sink for this kid's bathroom. A very dramatic room and the solid surface counters are special as well.

Loving the look of marble counters but not the upkeep Pinney Designs recommended and designed a kitchen with a marble backsplash and durable honed black granite countertops. Our busy young homeowners were looking to move back to Indianapolis and considered building new, but they fell in love with the great bones of this Coppergate home. The home reflected different times and different lifestyles and had become poorly suited to contemporary living. We worked with Stacy Thompson of Compass Design for the design and finishing touches on this renovation. The makeover included improving the awkwardness of the front entrance into the dining room, lightening up the staircase with new spindles, treads and a brighter color scheme in the hall. New carpet and hardwoods throughout brought an enhanced consistency through the first floor. We were able to take two separate rooms and create one large sunroom with walls of windows and beautiful natural light to abound, with a custom designed fireplace. The downstairs powder received a much-needed makeover incorporating elegant transitional plumbing and lighting fixtures. In addition, we did a complete top-to-bottom makeover of the kitchen, including custom cabinetry, new appliances and plumbing and lighting fixtures. Soft gray tile and modern quartz countertops bring a clean, bright space for this family to enjoy. This delightful home, with its clean spaces and durable surfaces is a textbook example of how to take a solid but dull abode and turn it into a dream home for a young family.

Santa Cecelia granite countertops beautifully matched the bright white Plato Prelude kitchen cabinets in this Racine home. A 36" GE Monogram 5 burner gas cooktop provided a large cooking area with proper ventilation from Vent-a-hood. GE Monogram Top Control dishwasher blended in with a stainless steel finish. For the kitchen sink, a ProFlo undermount double bowl stainless steel model was used with a Delta Leland pull-out single lever kitchen faucet in Arctic steel. To compliment, an InSinkErator Pro Compact 3/4 hp model handles the disposal. New Brazilian cherry hardwood flooring adds the proper contrast needed while providing a very clean look.

Frameless, bright white Shaker cabinets reflect tons of light into this transitional-modern kitchen. The solid taupe quartz countertops provide a clean, neutral surface that lets the multi-toned, marble backsplash capture the attention.

We bumped out the kitchen and put in a wall of windows to the expansive view. We designed a wall to both create an entry nook, and house the refrigerator and upper cabinets. A drywall enclosure was designed to give the range balance and become the focal point of the kitchen. The island was custom-wrapped in stainless steel and a cantilevered oval high eating bar was installed to again take advantage of views. We specified layers of fun lighting.

This kitchen remodel opened up the clients space with beautiful white recessed pearl painted cabinets, with lighted transoms above. The clients chose a "white ice" glass tile splash, a Viatera solid surface in Rococco resembling marble, and baked clay farmers sink. A custom edge was added to the ledge behind the sink to dress up the transition between rooms.
