Our most recent modern farmhouse in the west Willamette Valley is what dream homes are made of. Named “Starry Night Ranch” by the homeowners, this 3 level, 4 bedroom custom home boasts of over 9,000 square feet of combined living, garage and outdoor spaces. Well versed in the custom home building process, the homeowners spent many hours partnering with both Shan Stassens of Winsome Construction and Buck Bailey Design to add in countless unique features, including a cross hatched cable rail system, a second story window that perfectly frames a view of Mt. Updated photo with full decor and loaded with a mix of African Cichlid fish. This magnificent custom fish tank was designed and installed by Aqua Creations of NJ to enhance the kitchen with living art. the size is 72" long by 24" deep by 36" tall built from "starphire Glass. The decor is a hand made coral reef build with custom corals . The substrate used is actually crushed glass. While using high end LED lighting, This aquarium adds warmth and life to this beautiful setting. This custom bow front aquarium is everything short of a typical setup. The space we worked with (see image) was small wasted closet space and upon seeing the potential we hit the road running. With a small floor space we chose to incorporate height to balance it all out. The filtration and water processing systems was plumbed to the basement to reduce sound. The master bedroom features a German Ja Decor wall plaster product called Silk Road. The material is cotton bathed in a solution that gives it a silky, iridescent quality. This same material process is used to create Rayon fabric.

This 1950s house had an original kitchen complete with green linoleum countertops and a vintage Chambers Stove. The kitchen area consisted of two separate small spaces. As part of the design/build process the walls were removed and the entire area opened up into one expansive space.. The owners, who entertain large groups of people, and enjoy gourmet cooking have found this to be an extraordinary area that satisfies all of their needs. While eating at the granite breakfast bar the owner's can conveniently watch the flat screen TV on the wall. The wet bar in the background has aluminum framed glass doors with ribbed glass inserts that make a visual statement at the end of the room. The door to the right of the bar leads into an 8ft deep walk in pantry that not only provides extensive storage but incorporates access to the rear of their home automation system. A Wolfe dual fuel 48" range provides all of the cooking capacity needed for food preparation for the large gatherings that are held at this home. Twin dishwashers and extensive storage make entertainment a breeze. Surround sound and LED lights provide a soothing atmosphere for entertainment.
