Renovisions received a request from these homeowners to remodel their existing master bath with the design goal: a spa-like environment featuring a large curb-less shower with multiple showerheads and a linear drain. Accessibility features include a hand-held showerhead mounted on a sliding bar with separate volume controls, a large bench seat in Blue Pearl granite and a decorative safety bar in a chrome finish. Multiple showerheads accommodated our clients ranging heights and requests for options including a more rigorous spray of water to a soft flow from a ceiling mounted rain showerhead. The various sprays provide a full luxury shower experience. The curb-less Schluter shower system incorporates a fully waterproof and vapor tight environment to ensure a beautiful, durable and functional tiled shower. In this particular shower, Renovisions furnished and installed an elegant low-profile linear floor drain with a sloped floor design to enable the use of the attractive large-format (17” x 17”) Carrera-look porcelain tiles. Coordinating Carrera-look porcelain tiles with a band of color and shower cubby in Blue Pearl granite tie in with the color of the tile seat and ledge. A custom frameless glass shower enclosure with sleek glass door handles showcases the beautiful tile design. Replacing the existing Corian acrylic countertops and integrated sinks with granite countertops in Blue Pearl and rectangular under mount porcelain sinks created a gorgeous, striking contrast to the white vanity cabinetry. The widespread faucets featuring crystal handles in a chrome finish, sconce lighting with crystal embellishments and crystal knobs were perfect choices to enhance the elegant look for the desired space. After a busy day at work, our clients come home and enjoy a renewed, more open sanctuary/spa-like master bath and relax in style.

Dean's Stove & Spa completed a new project. We ripped out an old, gas fireplace to make room for a new, Travis Industries - Fireplace X 564HO with Eldorado Stone and pearl mantel. This project was over the course of a few days.

This San Antonio pool has an infinity edge (also called a negative edge pool) that overlooks the Hill Country. It also has a built-in spa with a natural stone walkway over the water, a diving board, and a beautiful brick lounging area for entertaining and sun bathing.

Inspiration for a modern living room remodel in Seattle

This Eclectic inspired home centers around the courtyard water feature. This feature was not designed to be subtle. Low profile focal points were required from views coming in all directions. The primary view from the entry provides a view down the center of Cannon jets and fire bowls over the vanishing edge. The reflective vanishing edge spa and led lights added to the visual accents. Floating steps connect the pool deck to the spa as well as floating pads cross the infinity two tiered basin. This allows minimal steps from cabana to porch terraces. The lower terrace captures the view as the water cascades down the copper spill edges. Pool barstools provide additional seating in the water adjacent to the cabana. Access was so difficult the pool shell was completed before the house foundation was started, The home changed owners at the framing stage and the selling point of this home was the courtyard water feature. Keeping all interior furnishing at a low profile so that your eye stays focused on the crystal blue Pacific. Adding natural furs and playful colors to the homes neutral palate kept the space warm and cozy. Plants and trees helped complete the space and allowed “life” to flow inside and out. For the exterior furnishings we chose natural teak and neutral colors, but added pops of orange to contrast against the bright blue skyline. This master bedroom in Malibu, CA is open and light. Wall to wall sliding doors gives the owner a perfect morning. A custom Poliform bed was made in dark chocolate leather paired with custom leather nightstands. The fire place is 2 sided which gives warmth to the bedroom and the bathroom. A low profile bed was requested by the client. Artistic, stone, natural , spa like is the perfect words to describe this master bathroom. The owner wanted to enjoy the view of the ocean so we built in a floor to ceiling glass wall so while they're taking a bath they can see the amazing beach view. This pool and spa combination has a Negative Edge spa. Coping stone is Bluestone with a thermal finish and eased edges. Wing Wall Caps and Wall Veneer are also Bluestone with a thermal finish. Both pool and spa are finished with Gray Slate tile and a French Gray Marbledust.

A linear wall stacked with limestone end with a water feature and fire pit. The water feature has stainless steel spouts that pour into the hot tub. A fire pit on top of the wall adds warmth and visual interest to the space.

Small kitchen and bathroom remodel. Kitchen features age green cabinets, with a black range hood, gray and white checkered floors, peninsula shaped island, and a skylight. The bathroom features blue tile, shower niche, hide-away storage, and gold details sprinkled throughout.

We accent it with pop of color making it playful but not taking it away from the view of the Pacific Coast Ocean. Lounge or fall asleep in this relax spa like guest bedroom.
