The goal of this landscape design and build project was to create a simple patio using peastone with a granite cobble edging. The patio sits adjacent to the residence and is bordered by lawn, vegetable garden beds, and a cairn rock water feature. Designed and built by Skyline Landscapes, LLC.

For this Family Room we needed to freshen the look on a budget. We decided to spend the money on elements that we knew would bright the place up and give the home what buyers today are looking for. We felt the best way to achieve this was to repaint the entertainment center, trim and window frames and continuing into the pool bar and bath.

The deck covers an existing exterior stair to the basement. Since they seldom use it the homeowners opted not to spend money on a custom hydraulic cover and instead had us fabricate a series of hinged panels that can be raised if needed
