Example of a trendy beige tile powder room design in Charlotte with a vessel sink and white countertops

This remodel involved a lot of reconfiguring of the main floor. The kitchen moved to the back of the house, where it overlooks the lovely back yard, and provides more connection to the living room. The laundry, mudroom, powder room, and dining room were also relocated for a better use of the space. The driving factor of this project was the desire for the family to feel more connected to their home and to each other.

We had the pleasure of adding some serious style to this pied-a-terre located in the heart of Austin. With only 750 square feet, we were able to give this Airbnb property a chic combination of both Texan culture and contemporary style via locally sourced artwork and intriguing textiles.
We wanted the interior to be attractive to everyone who stepped in the door, so we chose an earth-toned color palette consisting of soft creams, greens, blues, and peach. Contrasting black accents and an eclectic gallery wall fill the space with a welcoming personality that also leaves a “city vibe” feel.

A master bathroom to spend time in. The room includes a freestanding tub that is beautiful to look at and a television you can watch from the shower. Matching his and her vanities, dual shower heads, high ceilings, transom windows and enormous closet spaces complete this master bathroom.

This laundry room was tight and non-functional. The door opened in and was quickly replaced with a pocket door. Space was taken from the attic behind this space to create the niche for the laundry sorter and a countertop for folding.
The tree wallpaper is Thibaut T35110 Russell Square in Green.
The countertop is Silestone by Cosentino - Yukon Leather.
The overhead light is from Shades of Light.
The green geometric indoor/outdoor rug is from Loloi Rugs.
The laundry sorter is from The Container Store.
