This Spice Rack/Storage System is accessed by an out and downward motion, making the unreachable, reachable. This 4" filler cabinet comes down to counter top level making even the top area, convenient and easily accessible. The contents in this photo shows one of optional 32 pod K-Cup Rack (2racks possible per unit) that takes the place of 3 shelves. The remaining 3 shelves hold standard spice bottles. This Spice Rack/Storage System is a right-facing unit. Left facing units are also available.

The vignette within Barrett Technology’s Design Center is one of its kind in the industry. Built to inspire and inform, this kitchen showcases today’s most innovative solutions in real world settings. All the technology (video, audio, lighting, security and HVAC) is controlled through a single app on the iPad. Even the motorized window shades, task & accent lighting are controlled via the Lutron Lighting Control System. It allows for lighting scene selection at the touch of a single button – including a “Cook” scene which when pressed will activate the lighting to an optimal 100% over the kitchen sink & island areas and will also drop the motorized spice rack from behind the wall cabinet. Inspiration for a country l-shaped medium tone wood floor kitchen remodel in Austin with a farmhouse sink, shaker cabinets, green cabinets, wood countertops, white backsplash, subway tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances

Our craftsmen removed an existing wall, doubling the depth of this kitchen. The doorway from kitchen to foyer and the doorway from kitchen to family room were widened and new headers were installed. Now, the remodeled area allowed for TWO islands and more cabinetry. Plug-molds, hidden under the island and under the wall cabinets, maintained a clean look eliminating receptacles. The finishing touch was the brick pattern subway backsplash tile and the accent tile in the niche above the range. The new Red Oak flooring was our final detail.
