This custom built log home incorporates old world beauty and state of the art technology. The Dovetail is built entirely out of local standing dead trees milled with our own sawmill. The Dovetail is certified Built Green and achieved a HERS score of 65 and 5+ stars. This home won 5 awards in the 2007 Summit County Parade of homes. Spirit Builders meticulously handcrafted the Dovetail with our own in house crew.

The kitchen is where the party goes! Family and friends always gather in the kitchen…must be instinctual to be close to where the food is! Making good use of space planning is essential when designing your kitchen. Make it flow, but make it a warm and comfortable place to relax and chat while preparing food.

The bedroom is that part of the house where we go to recharge and rest after a hard day’s work or play. The room must be similar to our personality to make us feel at ease, but it should also be designed with style, without crowding it with useless materials that would remove the idea of spacious and special retreat.
