This modern pool at Deja View Villa, a Caribbean vacation rental in St. John USVI was reimaged and recreated to become an infinity edge pool. Before the renovation, the pool was a standard rectangular pool with the front pool deck straight out level with the pool. The front deck was dropped over four feet to open the view to the Caribbean. The pool logo on the bottom, Deja View, was added with glass tile along with the addition of the bench with a tile sea turtle and the two bar stools in the corner. We used 2" x 2" blue varying textured glass tile on the 9" splash line and waterfall face. We mixed many textures with the dry stack rock on the falls, textured blue glass tile , gorgeous Dominican Republic coral stone for coping and decks and synthetic grass on the upper deck. Cable railing created an unobstructed view. (see the palm tree in front) A deck was created for the sunken Jacuzzi out on the corner providing optimum views. We even created a catwalk around the outside edge of the Jacuzzi so the railing would drop completely out of view.

Titanium Granite is very bold, full of movement and contrast. The main color in this stone is black. It also has large veins of white, brown, black and cream throughout. The white cabinets make this stone stand out front and center in this kitchen.
This stone has an Ogee edge profile and a full height Granite back splash for extra wow-factor. The island has a waterfall edge which is a laminated edge. Laminated edges give the stone that thick look you see in their island. They are made possible by using hard epoxy to affix two pieces of granite together. This kitchen is considered large coming in over 70 square feet when you include the island. Titanium is considered an exotic stone and is labeled a Category D stone.

Drop-in bathtub - mid-sized craftsman 3/4 concrete floor drop-in bathtub idea in Boise with shaker cabinets, medium tone wood cabinets, beige walls, a drop-in sink and wood countertops

The design objective for this Caribbean Vacation Rental, Deja View in St. John USVI was to open the view from the pool to the Caribbean sea! The original rectangular pool was renovated into an infinity edge style. Lowering the front deck four feet below the pool creates a true open view from pool water to ocean water! No Caribbean Villa would be complete without the Villa name proudly tiled on the bottom of the pool! Blue and green glass tiles are used throughout the pool including the logo, steps, benches and sunken bar stools as well as the 9" splash line and entire infinity edge falls. Synthetic grass and coral stone tiles create the checkered upper deck.

This beautiful white kitchen is bright and timeless. The homeowners did an excellent job of creating an elegant yet casual atmosphere where they can cook and entertain. They were also very practical in their material selection. By choosing Compac Perlino (an engineered quartz stone) countertops, they were able to achieve the look of marble without the maintenance. This countertop is very easy to care for, and it will look brand new for years to come.

A stunning Kitchen remodel that totally transformed this home. Completely changing the previous layout with builder grade cherry cabinets, a typical peninsula island extending from the left perimeter wall, paired with the non functional, small footprint, this Kitchen needed a complete gut. Our team had an immediate vision. One that would involve a new layout including different appliance locations and extending full width of the perimeter walls left to right to maximize the space. We included a prep area, small hidden appliance garage for storage and the extra large island allowing for enough seating to eliminate a traditional table and chairs. The full counter to ceiling tile backsplash adds the perfect detail to the warm wood floating shelves that enhances the tall ceiling height along with a custom, floor to ceiling wine refrigerator with custom iron and glass door in the center to the space creating a new focal point with the waterfall edge island. The refreshing light and bright palette, luxurious finishes while leaning in to the contrast and warm modern feel.

This 34' x 24' contemporary, modern pool is at the Deja View Rental Villa in St. John USVI. Through a massive renovation, the pool was converted to an infinity edge pool and this front sun deck was dropped over four feet to open the view to the Caribbean water. Blue 2" x 2" glass tile makes the infinity edge falls stand out. The sun deck includes six chaise loungers, a round lounger and two redwood benches. There is also a top patio above the pool and a complete outdoor kitchen/bar including an ice maker on the the side of the pool providing fun in the sun or shade. In the front of the picture you can see the edge of the sunken jacuzzi that is perched on the corner of the deck overhanging the edge of the cliff. Cable railing provides an unobstructed view and the railing was dropped on the cat walk outside the jacuzzi to completely open the view.
