The niche in this shower has the same glass tile throughout so that the look retains a continuity. The vertical stacked pattern of the tile is achieved through pain staking measurements, constant leveling and use of an advanced leveling system like Spin Doctor. While a glass tile wall is a beautiful addition to any home, it also requires special adhesives, grout and skill.

How to maintain a modicum of privacy but not through fences or hedges? The strip stone is a visual, physical, energetic buffer against ongoing tourist and neighbor foot traffic. The catmint lawn straddles the street sidewalk, staking visual ownership of the right of way planting, but without the strip stone edger, it allows itself to be a prt of the public realm - because it is. The bones of this new garden will mature at 3' - 4' providing an additional layer of privacy and screening.

The owners goal with their homes kitchen, completed in 2017, was to emphasize the beautiful lake views and have a space that was open to a large family room and casual dining area. This contemporary kitchen combines convenience and function with hidden small appliances including a coffee station, toaster oven, microwave, to avoid cluttered countertops ensuring a clean look. The cooking area features an induction cooktop, mixer and a full quartz backsplash, as well as a hidden ventilation and lighting system in the soffit. A focal point is the large island which provides ample seating while leaving plenty of room for cooking and baking. Quartz was chosen for its beauty, durability, and ease of maintenance. The cabinetry features an integrated refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher which complete the clean, uncluttered look. The kitchen also features two openings to the formal dining room providing easy flow and access for entertaining.

Weeping Blue Atlas Cedar needs to be trained and may be espaliered, trellised or even grown as a bonsai plant to accommodate its placement in a garden. This master retreat boasts a walnut double vanity, free-standing bath tub, concrete flooring and sunk-in shower with frameless glass enclosure. Simple and thoughtful accents blend seamlessly and create a spa-like feel.
