Inspired by a cool, tranquil space punctuated with high-end details such as convenient folding teak shower benches, polished nickel and laser-cut marble shower tiles that add bright swirls of visual movement. And the hidden surprise is the stack washer/dryer unit built into the tasteful center floor to ceiling cabinet.

The Kelso's Exterior showcases a stunning modern farmhouse design with various attractive features. The exterior boasts a 3-car garage and black window trim that adds a touch of sophistication. The black windows perfectly complement the overall aesthetic. Exposed wood beams highlight the architectural charm of the home, while the gray exterior and gray garage door create a sleek and contemporary look. The addition of gray stone accents further enhances the visual appeal. The property is surrounded by a lush lawn, providing a welcoming and well-maintained outdoor space. The peaked roof adds character to the design and contributes to the farmhouse style. A stained front door adds warmth and richness to the entrance. The use of stacked stone adds texture and depth to the exterior. The presence of wooded surroundings adds a natural and serene touch to the Kelso's Exterior, creating a harmonious blend of modern and rustic elements.

Project Overview: This bespoke game room edition was crafted for a private residential client seeking a fusion of entertainment and upscale interior design. The goal was to develop statement pieces that not only deliver premium game performance but also elevate the visual ambiance of the home. Featured Products: Contemporary Billiard Table Design Language: A modern reimagination of the classic pool table, this piece features a light oak finish with vertically fluted cylindrical legs, complementing the architectural lines of the space. Materials: Solid hardwood construction with a black felt playing surface, creating a bold contrast. Functionality: Professional-grade playing experience, designed to blend seamlessly into luxury interiors. Modern Poker Table Design Highlights: Upholstered in black leather with integrated chip trays and drink holders, framed by a gold accent trim. The matching fluted pedestal base brings unity with the billiard table. Details: High-density cushioning, suede inner racetrack, and fine detailing for a high-stakes feel in a home environment. Custom Elements: Tailored dimensions and finishes to match existing decor. Interior Integration: Both tables are positioned within a space defined by marble textures, rich wood tones, and ambient lighting. The furniture aligns with the high-end finishes of the environment — including natural stone walls, herringbone wood floors, and contemporary art-inspired panels. Client Outcome: The result is a cohesive, high-design game room that balances entertainment with sophistication. These pieces not only serve as functional game tables but also as artful additions to the living space.

We expanded the mudroom 8' into the garage to reduce how crowded the space is when the whole family arrives home at once. 4 closed off locker spaces keep this room looking clean and organized. This room also functions as the laundry room with stacked washer and dryer to save space next to the white farmhouse apron sink with aberesque tile backsplash. At the end of the room we added a full height closet style cabinet for additional coats, boots and shoes. A light grey herringbone tile on the floor helps the whole room flow together. Walnut bench and accent shelf provide striking pops of bold color to the room.

The previous year Finesse, Inc. remodeled this home in Monrovia and created the 9-lite window at the entry of the home. After experiencing some intense weather we were called back to build this new entry way. The entry consists of 1/3 covered area and 2/3 area exposed to allow some light to come in. Fabricated using square steel posts and beams with galvanized hangers and Redwood lumber. A steel cap was placed at the front of the entry to really make this Modern home complete. The fence and trash enclosure compliment the curb appeal this home brings. PC: Aaron Gilless
