A slightly more modern version of our pergola. client wanted a simple, straight forward design.
Inspiration for a contemporary exterior home remodel in Denver

Embracing the vintage, and her love for Shabby Chic style, this coastal beach client wanted to retain her original stove, as well as her original kitchen cabinets. We also kept all her vintage china and old appliances. We removed the old tile counter and backsplash, and replaced them with a butcherblock countertop from IKEA, and beadboard backsplash. The farmhouse sink and bridge faucet and vintage style chandelier were also purchased for the new space. Since my client doesn't use the old stove very often, she opted for no hood above the stove. The breakfast nook is quite tiny yet still suitable for morning breakfasts for two.

The garage doors and forward gable emphasize the stepped design and add dimension to the home's front elevation. The straight shakes in the forward gable contrast with the lap siding.

An abrupt curvature in the faucet interrupts the straight lines in this kitchen's design. It is tempting for the user to come forward and give it a good spray.

This sink is place over a cabinet that is brought forward with fluted sides for design. This breaks up the straight run of normal kitchens.
