Deck was originally stained with Cabot's stain and the previous jobs were never stripped off before staining, so there was a hard "varnish" of stain built up in many areas. The entire deck was sprayed with maxxum's biodegradable deck stripper and washed off, leaving beautiful, bright, clean wood. A top coat of Sikkens SRD stain in Cedar was applied by brush to all surfaces.

Dan had a concrete driveway that was cracking and coming apart. We removed that eyesore and constructed a 2300 sq ft Driveway comprised of Belgard Cambridge Cobble Pavers in a 2 piece muster K pattern. We were able to widen the driveway and add curves not present prior to construction. We also widened and added walkways to each side of his front entry staircase. In the rear of the driveway area we built a retaining wall to help support that end of the driveway and encourage drainage to a location suitable to flow into the intercostal waterway. Once completed we added the natural stone stripper edging to highlight the natural areas and to deter vehicle intrusion into the areas. In the backyard we overlaid st Augustine grass because of the shaded spots and we repaired a retaining wall and step down along side the pool. We also installed a drain for the outdoor shower.

The house is now ready to get brand new primer and paint.

2014 designed industry first exterior faux like, trex like surface with a Sherwin Williams product. You can see by the first two images, the surface needed in this order: 1. Power Wash 2. Bleach to Kill Mold - Mildew 3. Power Wash 4. Strip clean with Sherwin Williams stripper [once #3 was finished, you can take a knife or your finger nail and see there was still junk on the surface, this hold true for 99% of decks, you MUST strip every deck no matter what. Look closely at the 3rd image, you could eat off it! Beyond that in photo's is a trade secret.

The garage door had been repainted 5 times prior with 3 different coats of primer. Had to have paint stripper applied and then a complete sanding job from 150 down to 220. Can't replace a wood door (PRICELESS)
