Presenting a quality product is an essential item for any professional who wants to stand out in the market today.
You need to go beyond feasibility studies and project design to get customer approval.
And we know that a good part of this convincing process occurs in a visual way, where the professional and client can clearly understand the final result of the project.

This innovative three-story staircase showcases engineering and design in perfect harmony. Each level cantilevers from two central spine beams, creating a floating effect that spans the entire vertical space. Thick dark-stained oak treads appear to hover without visible support, while the absence of risers maintains complete transparency.
The defining feature is the glass landings at each level. Combined with the open-riser design, these transparent platforms allow natural light to cascade freely through the stairwell and into adjacent living areas. The result is an ultra-modern staircase that transforms vertical circulation into a study of light and space.

Nestled among the mature mahogany trees along beautiful Gordon Drive, this MHK 'Beach Cottage' inspired home draws on the local environs and the subtle charm that Old Naples offers. Built by Waterside Builders, Inc. and beautifully appointed by Linda Sonders Design, the attention to detail is obvious. Legno Bastone Giginella floors, custom C&C cabinetry, Wolf and Subzero appliances and Control 4 automation are examples of this. The home offers a 3 car garage, 5 bedrooms, study, game room, sitting room off the kitchen, 1st and 2nd floor laundry, elevator, fantastic covered/uncovered outdoor living areas and massive pool/spa/firepit area thanks to the 185' deep property. Perhaps as important as these characteristics is the comfortable 2 block stroll to the white sand beach, or 3 blocks to the historic 3rd St. S. shops and restaurants.

It’s warm in Southern California, and that’s exactly the feeling Andy and Liz sought to maintain inside their new Tuscan-style home as they embarked on a modern interior makeover. After all, the couple had two small children and a dog to consider. Empty and austere simply wasn’t a good fit for the young family whose interests include photography, art and lots of Lego’s.
Andy, an engineer, became intrigued with Cantoni after driving past the Irvine location on his daily commute. It wasn’t long before he and Liz decided to venture into the Los Angeles showroom, and that’s where they met Bernadette. By all accounts, the trio made for great collaboration, and the project that began in February 2012 is still a work in progress today.
“We were impressed by Bernadette,” says Andy. “We liked her and her work, and she won us over.”
The project began with pictures sent and an in-home walk-through where measurements were taken. The couple knew they wanted furnishings for the living, dining and family rooms, as well as the media room and a study. They were open to art and accent pieces, and hoped to incorporate natural elements into the mix. Bernadette set to work.
“It was fun touring our LA showroom and listening to Liz and Andy discuss their likes and dislikes. One thing was for sure,” she adds, “the Laguna Sectional was going in their theater room even if we needed to knock out a wall!”
UpstairsPhase I of the job is complete (as you can see from the stunning images), but instead of parting ways, Andy and Liz decided to have Bernadette help re-imagine the master bedroom and kitchen, next. The ongoing nature of this project illustrates a trend we see with most of our clients: we build trusted, long-term relationships. It’s not about the transaction, but about great design, the design process, and the ability of our talented staff to help clients create the lifestyles they want.

In addition to the large window, this remarkable library has several Wow factors: The custom library shelves are sturdy and built to last, as they are made of steel. The stunning fireplace is framed and surrounded in metal and steel. The wood-framed and clear Douglas fir-lined floating window seat is exceptional in its design, both in its beauty and utility.

J The Owners of a home that had been consumed by the moving dunes of Lake Michigan wanted a home that would not only stand the test of aesthetic time, but survive the vicissitudes of the environment.
With the assistance of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality as well as the consulting civil engineer and the City of Grand Haven Zoning Department, a soil stabilization site plan was developed based on raising the new home’s main floor elevation by almost three feet, implementing erosion studies, screen walls and planting indigenous, drought tolerant xeriscaping. The screen walls, as well as the low profile of the home and the use of sand trapping marrum beachgrass all help to create a wind shadow buffer around the home and reduce blowing sand erosion and accretion.
The Owners wanted to minimize the stylistic baggage which consumes most “cottage” residences, and with the Architect created a home with simple lines focused on the view and the natural environment. Sustainable energy requirements on a budget directed the design decisions regarding the SIPs panel insulation, energy systems, roof shading, other insulation systems, lighting and detailing. Easily constructed and linear, the home harkens back to mid century modern pavilions with present day environmental sensitivities and harmony with the site.

Deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, alongside the Guadalupe River on 300 private acres, this Hill Country chic custom home showcases reclaimed hand hewn wood timbers along with Windsor wood clad Alder windows and La Cantina sliding doors showcasing integrity in every inch of construction.
Renowned architect, Gustavo Arredondo, designed this almost 10,000 square foot estate featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 and one-half baths with 4 masonry fireplaces. A clerestory styled trophy room touts 150-year-old reclaimed exposed trusses creatively installed in Hemlock wood and offers a study with large hand crafted authentic barn wood sliding doors. A caterer’s staging area, full wet bar and an expansive outdoor patio plays host to 20-mile views of the distant Texas Hill Country punctuating this contemporary farmhouse design. The residence features both dry stacked and traditional mortared Luders stone blending massive reclaimed timbers from the 1800’s into this rich yet rustic design. Hand forged steel gusset plates, barn wood plank siding and cabinetry are stunning in a fabulous kitchen complete with professional series Sub Zero and Wolf appliances. Imported French limestone floors transition into reclaimed engineered wood floors that profoundly provide unique touches to this award-winning project.
