This modern classic home office has fully customized cabinetry and desk to allow the home owner to stay organized and stylish. Dark and light blue-gray cabinets and walls create a soothing environment for concentration.
The desk is fabricated from engineered quartz for ease of maintenance and durability. The custom white oak file storage on wheels keeps everything at hand.

This project was for a family who needed more interior living space and wanted to improve their kitchen but didn't want to lose their entire rear yard. The ultimate design for their home was to add an addition to the rear of the house that would serve as their new custom kitchen space. In doing so, we were able to dramatically increase the family room size by expanding into the dining room space and moving the dining room to the old kitchen location. The wall between the old kitchen and dining room was also removed allowing for a more open feel and a better transfer of light between rooms. This interior layout change resulted in improved functionality and flow through the house while preserving as much of the rear year yard and patio area as possible.
The new kitchen design includes a feature island in walnut and a highly custom backsplash with an inlay at the range. If you study the images closely, you will see that the feature glass door cabinet has a walnut interior to compliment the island. Add to this an efficient cabinet layout, quartz countertops, and ample lighting and you have a space that this family is proud to call home!

When you remodel any room in your home, you also alter the way it’s used. If you renovate an old study and make it into a family living space, you may find yourself using that room more often. If you remodel your kitchen, you may find cooking a lot easier and more fun. Using your home to its fullest ability will expand other areas of your life as well and you’re likely to feel more comfortable entertaining guests or relaxing quietly in the new space.

This 2-story home with open floor plan includes flexible living spaces and a 3-car garage with large mudroom entry complete with built-in lockers and bench. To the front of the home is a convenient flex space room that can be used as a study, living room, or other versatile space. Hardwood flooring in the foyer extends to the kitchen, dining area, and great room. The kitchen includes quartz countertops with tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a corner pantry. Off of the kitchen is the sunny dining area with access to the patio and backyard. The spacious great room is warmed by a gas fireplace with stone surround and stylish shiplap detail above the mantle. On the 2nd floor, the owner’s suite includes an expansive closet and a private bathroom with 5’ tile shower and a double bowl vanity. Also on the 2nd floor are 3 secondary bedrooms, an additional full bathroom, a spacious rec room, and the laundry room.

A new and improved kitchen layout that is perfect for this young family of four. With ample storage in the kitchen island and upper cabinets, we were able to keep the design low-maintenance and easy to keep clean, as clutter would have taken away from the light and airy aesthetic. A light gray kitchen island and subway tile backsplash paired with the bright white countertops and cabinets gave the space a refreshing contemporary look. Darker gray contrasts with the lighter color palette through the stainless steel appliances and unique pendant lights.
To the corner of the kitchen, you'll find a discreet built-in study. Fully equipped for those who work from home or for the children to finish school projects. This small office-kitchen space duo is perfect for bringing the whole family together, for meals and throughout the day.

A diamond in the rough was polished to a new brilliance in this remodel. Moving the kitchen to be front and center of everything was the key to this remodel. Carrying the motif of less is more, this remodel emphasized the qualities this Parisian-styled home had with a modern open floor plan. Working through different design studies with the client, we identified the optimum layout and created space for an additional bedroom. Fusing old world details with contemporary living, we ensured the rehabilitation pays homage to its original detailing while expressing a bold narrative, delicately balanced within the original structural framework. Careful detailing of the structural elements ensured the work could proceed without affecting the unit below. Completed in 2014, this home now offers its young family the full urban experience of stylish San Francisco living.

The flooring throughout the kitchen and main living area of this home is mango wood imported from Hawaii.
The kitchen countertops are unique, made from one-of-a-kind, custom, multi-colored geodes imported from Israel. The kitchen backsplashes are caribbean blue iridescent tiles.
The breakfast nook is multi-functional, operating as a home office and built-in study space for grandkids.

Custom built for a loyal customer of ours (and UCLA alumni), this bathroom addition now allows for aging-in-place. Eliminating a tiny bathroom inside one of the bedrooms and re-creating it in an unused Study, they were able to gain much more space and include a curbless shower for smooth entry. Design was kept classic and simple – with a punch of color!
