Hickory Hills in west Little Rock is an exclusive gated subdivision. I was introduced to the project by the builder Jack Hartsell Construction . This owners wanted to remodel their existing residence, the architectural firm hired for this project was Ellen Powell Yeary of Yeary Lindsey Architects Little Rock, AR. As you review my lighting design projects Houzz I am consistent on my lighting design. The lighting is to accent architectural features, art and furnishings. The recess can lighting is adjustable to aim on as stated above. I do not want any glare of the light source on a person seating, viewing art or preparing a meal. I have up lighting in the kitchen coves to replace light in the overall kitchen space with accent lighting on walls and kitchen island. Look closely to the art of the face of a lovely lady. Notice the light frames the art with no light spill out of the framer. This is a recess light framing projector. I love this affect but it is expensive. Construction of six 4-bedroom custom homes in prime Mar Vista area south of Venice and west of Sawtelle. The new gated community subdivision included new private street, open floor plans with split-level living rooms, gourmet kitchens, lavish private master suites with Jacuzzi spas in romantic bathrooms, fireplaces, wet bars, high ceilings, and lushly landscaped yards.
