Most porch additions look like an "after-thought" and detract from the better thought-out design of a home. The design of the porch followed by the gracious materials and proportions of this Georgian-style home. The brick is left exposed and we brought the outside in with wood ceilings. The porch has craftsman-style finished and high quality carpet perfect for outside weathering conditions. The space includes a dining area and seating area to comfortably entertain in a comfortable environment with crisp cool breezes from multiple ceiling fans. Love porch life at it's best!

This contemporary staircase serves as a striking focal point in the home's sun-filled entryway. Black mono-beam stringers support thick natural-stained oak treads, creating a bold structural framework. The absence of risers maintains complete openness, allowing natural light from the surrounding private forest to flow freely through the space. Glass panel railings echo the foyer's numerous windows, maintaining visual continuity throughout, while the black metal cap rail reinforces the industrial aesthetic of the stringers. Together, these elements create an anchoring stair system that enhances the contemporary home's connection to light and landscape. 1976-2026 © Century Stair Company

These impressive double curved staircases create a grand entrance worthy of this exquisite custom home. Black-painted oak treads and handrail, which match the upstairs hardwood flooring, are paired with crisp white risers, establishing a bold foundation for the design, while a custom wrought-iron balustrade brings Old World craftsmanship to the space. Rounded bullnose starting steps on each staircase provide an elegant invitation to ascend, softening the grand scale with graceful curves. Rising symmetrically on either side of the foyer, these staircases transform the entrance into an architectural statement that sets the tone for the entire residence. 1976-2026 © Century Stair Company
