Kitchen & Bath Shop - Frederick

After years of searching for the right folks, we recently decided to remodel the master bath in our Timberframe log cabin. While a log cabin has unique challenges, we also wanted the design centered around a 106 year old Clawfoot tub we had found at an auction. Fortunately we found exactly the right team at Kitchen and Bath of Leesburg. Italo, our designer, was terrific at presenting us with options and products. He made the entire process easy and even recommended a sub-contractor to refinish the tub. The contract process and ordering was seamless. Our project manager, Cemil, tracked all purchases and was able to begin 3 weeks earlier than estimated. Our technicians, William and Benjamin, were outstanding, efficient, skilled, on-time everyday and dealt with modifications easily, offering multiple options. They covered all floors and stairs daily and cleaned up each day at close of business. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and highly recommend Italo, Cemil, William and Benjamin at Kitchen and Bath.

During the design phase, Joe (our designer) came to the house, did the measurements but also gave us ideas for improving the design and not just upgrading. His idea about removing and replacing our pantry area to match the new cabinets was genius. It turned out awesome. The crew that did the work (removal of old Kitchen and install of new) were AWESOME. William and his crew were professional, courteous and helpful. He asked us questions and gave us suggestions along the way that really made the install and finished product look great. We are talking new floor, lighting, drywall work, plumbing, tile work along with the cabinet installation. He and his crew also fixed a long overdue pipe freezing issue in the bump-out portion of our Kitchen that the builder grossly under insulated. I will not have to worry about sink or icebox water lines "slushing" up this winter. There were a few typical snags here and there, but overall the project was completed to our complete satisfaction and my wife could not be happier.

From start to finish, the personnel at Kitchen & Bath Shop- Frederick were very professional, knowledgeable about their products and installation, and very courteous. Our master bath was due for an upgrade from the 1994 original (giant useless tub and icky track door shower) and they helped us with the design and gave us a huge selection of tile, flooring and everything in between that would work in the space after measuring and assessing the space. The dates set and cost for the remodel were on time and accurate, so no big surprises in the end. The crew who installed the job were very professional, informed us of any and all changes needed along the way, worked efficiently and with integrity. They cleaned up after every day and arrived on time and were super nice, as was everyone we dealt with for this remodel! The bathroom turned out beautiful and more functional than our old bathroom! We are very pleased with results and the company we chose! We highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Shop, Frederick, and will be doing business with them in the near future as well.

Absolutely the best stand out home remodeling experience EVER! From our first meeting with designer Eric Smith, we knew we were in great hands, extremely knowledgeable, very creative & able to translate our personal preferences into coherent plans. The chosen materials included Kraft made cabinets, which we love. Eren and Jason with the installation crew were very thoughtful with great craftsmanship skills, they turned up regularly when we expected and took time with details and clean up.

Kitchen and Bath shop at Frederick was wonderful to work with from the day 1. We were personally assisted by the owner of the shop. From picking the materials to small finishing touches, to listening to our concerns at each step of the project was great. The all-inclusive package from demolition to installation with materials create piece of mind for us. We highly recommend Kitchen and bath shop in Frederick. They even added other project alongside out Kitchen remodel and all the work was completed in allocated time.

We had a great experience with Kitchen and Bath Shop services. The project team was very professional, always on time and very considerate and respectful of our space. We were given a time frame of 4-6 weeks; however, they exceeded our expectations and we’re done in 2 and half weeks which was great as we use our kitchen a lot for cooking and hanging out. The project managers Aaron and Jimil were very responsive whenever we had questions and/or concerns. They gave us no.1 customer service and good quality work. Our kitchen turned out awesome and we love it!!! They were even nice enough to help us move back our furniture. We would highly recommend Kitchen and Bath Shop for anyone who is looking to have their kitchen revamped.

When you decide to undertake a major kitchen and bath renovation project, you have a lot of choices to make! First and most important choice — who will manage your project?? We are so glad we went with Frederick Kitchen & Bath Shop in Frederick MD. We are very happy with the work, the completed project exceeded our expectations! Working with Henry and Cemil and the happy crew of technicians was a plus! Always pleasant, with a smile and a song! From removing plaster and flooring from a 1930’s home to installing expert cabinets and countertops, patient with our choices of each facet of the job. Keeping the vintage look and never trying to influence or upgrade our design. Especially working to keep and restore an original brick wall discovered behind old plaster walls will be my favorite memory! Thank you, Cemil, Henry, Ricardo and your technicians for the professionals you are and a job well done!

I love my new tub and tile. I am likely to hire this company again for my Kitchen remodel after a few other higher priority jobs are done. Cemil and Henry took very good care of us and setting up the job was easy. A few notes about the kind of work asked for. We needed to replace tub, tile and fix plaster damage on the first floor that was directly under a hole in the old tub. Kitchen and Bath Shop solved these issues and the work was wonderful. The workers gave good expectations on when they would arrive on site. They were very respectful and friendly. They took very good care to protect my home from scuffs. There were maybe two small places where grout/plaster ended up in an unexpected place (near my bathroom doorknob and a small splat on my toilet bowl) however I probably just need a putty knife to sand down remove that. No remodel goes perfectly, there was a snafu with the supplier that ended up with us installing a different color accent tile than originally planned. There was also a delay in getting tile, but in the days of Covid, we were prepared for that. However, the company gave us a discount and did not charge for the plaster repair, which more than made up for the alteration. The more I look at the finished product, the more I am happier with the result. Work took seven days to complete, due to a delay in receiving tile. Cemil did mention that it could be up to two weeks to finish the job, so he set realistic expectations. The workers were very professional. And my family can shower like we live in a hotel.

We recently had the Kitchen & Bath Shop in Frederick, MD demo and replace our kitchen backsplash and also put granite vanity tops in our master and hall bathrooms. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them if you need to do any remodeling, updates or renovations. Henry and Cemil were great in helping us choose a replacement tile that would brighten up our kitchen that currently had a very dark glass type backsplash. They were very flexible with us when after we signed our contract we changed from a beveled to flat version of the tiles. Based on the quoted price we also decided to replace our cultured marble vanity tops in the master and hall bathrooms at the same time. Since they subcontract out the granite work there was a little coordination issue between demo and replacement of the granite and the backsplash work. Henry quickly resolved the issue and the entire project went very smoothly. Their backsplash installation team, William and Alejandra, were very professional, meticulous, detail oriented and definitely knew what they were doing. They continued to clean during the entire process which we are sure saved us from dust all over the house. Once the granite was installed, William reconnected all of the existing fixtures in the bathrooms. He took his time and made sure that there were no leaks from the faucets or drains. This was after having to fabricate new drain piping since the old and new sinks didn’t line up the same. The entire project took about a day and a half to complete. We are extremely satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to hire them again for other bath or kitchen projects.

Just had my bathroom remodeled by Kitchen and Bath Shop and I am very pleased with their work. They were very responsive and addressed all my concerns in the process. Their workers were very professional and always cleaned up after finishing for the day and almost didn't hear them while they worked. My only complaint is that it took a little longer than expected but it may have been problems with trying to fit into my schedule. Overall I'm pleased and will strongly consider them for my next project.

I have used this company twice now for bathroom remodeling. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of design, demo, and installation. They are very professional and a delight to work with. I will use them again for future remodeling projects.
