Without leaving the comfort of their home, our clients are able to relax and enjoy themselves in their own resort-like poolside cabana. This beautiful outdoor living space is located in the backyard of a European style luxury home. Surrounded by a wooded lot and lush landscaping and a stunning pool with a spa, this "dreamscape" is amazing. The cabana was built with natural full thickness stone and a vaulted ceiling complete with a fireplace and television. The ceiling is lined in cedar a holds two outdoor fans. The eyebrow arch widow above the front opening adds great interest and character. All outdoor furnishings were provided by our design teams that are comfortable as well as gorgeous. This 4,000 sf interior buildout project includes demolition of two units to create one spacious residence with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, new kitchen, dining and living space. Once demolition was complete, the team was tasked with creating a new master bath in a space that was previously the kitchen. Through collaboration and careful coordination, the space that only housed plumbing for one sink, now features a new shower, tub and toliet. The unit features custom millwork throughout including cabinetry and fireplace mantles along with custom tile, vanities and countertops. New Wolf/SubZero appliances and a new AV systems were installed. After unit completion, the team provided unique solutions for complex art installations that includes modifying the wood base at a column in the master bedroom to support paintings on two sides and the design, fabrication and installation of in-wall steel leg supports to hold a custom framed mirror from France. Another view of the newly opened space. All of the main rooms now flow together seamlessly. The classic Deck House post and beam formula is highly structured. Now light radiates throughout the space. Our design now makes it easier to entertain and interact with guests in other areas. The shapes and types of artistic lighting used play off of each other in the large open space.

This modern, yet timeless, kitchen features custom lighted upper white shaker cabinets. The curved center island includes beautiful carved baluster supports. The breakfast area has a lovely bay window and window seat. Note the nearby mudroom with custom charging space for devices, and storage for kid's backpacks and school items.
