New doors were added to the kitchen, as well as a gorgeous buffet cabinetry unit - with windows behind the upper glass-front cabinets.

Kitchen - contemporary kitchen idea in Seattle

This is a 1 bedroom condo that I assisted the client in renovating, staging and selling. We ripped up a carpet, installed new flooring, painted all over, wallpapered the alcove, swapped out old appliances for new, put a new tile floor in the kitchen, swapped out countertops for new granite, swapped out cabinet pulls and staged the unit. We sold for more than our targeted amount during the Winter season.

Kitchen - kitchen idea in Chicago

This staircase originally had white wood balusters and was a lighter honey color. We replaced the wood balusters with oil rubbed bronze iron balusters and refinished the wood to a darker color.

This customer traded their laminate countertop for some high-quality Cambria Beaumont for their island, and Cambria Crowndale for their countertop perimeter!
