This project involved replacing all the existing cedar siding on this early 1970's contemporary with new Hardie Custom Colonial siding. Due to the atypical installation angle we installed house wrap with a rain screen over osb sheathing. We also repainting the entire house and shed with Sherwin Williams Latitude paint.

Barn Door into hallway to bedrooms. SG Industries made the barn door. The track and rail for the barn door are Top Mount Ultramodern from Rustica. The door pull is the Flush pull 8" from Rustica. The wall and ceiling color is by Benjamin Moore and is the Chantilly Lace. The trim color is Swiss Coffee by Kelly Moore. The flooring is by Boen and is Oak Traditional Chaletino.

Leaving the dining room and head into the new opulent white kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances that make cooking a meal fun and fancy. White polished mosaic Thassos backsplash compliment the stove top and Bianco Carrara tile dreams up a whimsical yet elegant feel. All cabinets are original to the house and stayed in place but were given some much needed TLC. A fresh coat of Swiss-Coffee paint, new shaker cabinet doors, and glistening crystal knobs transformed these cabinets entirely. Prep, cut, wash and dry with an undermount sink workstation installed on the island, Naurelle Grey Quartz were integrated for the sharp smooth counter tops, making this kitchen chef approved.

The medicine cabinet is by Robern and is a white frameless cabinet with a mirror door. The tile is all porcelain tile and is from Siena Tile in San Ramon, CA. The shower walls are 12" x 24" in Bianco. The shower niche is a mosaic tile 12" x 24" in Biano/Esaquonetta. The floor tile is 12" x 24" in a straight pattern. The cabinet hardware is by Atlas Homewares. The paint color on the wall and ceiling is Chantilly Lace by Benjamin Moore. The trim paint color is Swiss Coffee. All of the plumbing finishes are polished chrome. This bathroom has a mixture of contemporary, modern, and mid-century design.
