A beautiful transitional design was created by removing the range and microwave and adding a cooktop, under counter oven and hood. The microwave was relocated and an under counter microwave was incorporated into the design. These appliances were moved to balance the design and create a perfect symmetry. Additionally the small appliances, coffee maker, blender and toaster were incorporated into the pantries to keep them hidden and the tops clean. The walls were removed to create a great room concept that not only makes the kitchen a larger area but also transmits an inviting design appeal. The master bath room had walls removed to accommodate a large double vanity. Toilet and shower was relocated to recreate a better design flow. Products used were Miralis matte shaker white cabinetry. This was a complete gut renovation, where I did architectural details, space plan layout and design, including construction management and furniture/finish selections.

The epitome of indoor-outdoor living is right here in this lower level home bar. Easily service guests inside the family and rec room or open the windows to service guests out on the patio! We chose a neutral-colored, high performance fabric for the swivel bar stools - easy for conversation and keeping an eye on the game. Plenty of lower level cabinetry with quiet-closing drawers stocked with assorted tumblers, and bar glassware.

Northshore Millwork handcrafted this amazing custom island and kitchen. The island was designed from a magazine photo found by the customer and contrasts well against the white painted maple beaboard cabinets. The upper cabinets feature a 4-lite glass design and the ceiling is done in a beadboard paneled box style.

Contemporary Ranch with a Southwest flair. This ranch home brings together all the styles this couple loves. The home has a separate casita with two bedrooms including ensuite baths as well as a casita kitchen and living area with a private patio for guests and family member visits. A stunning infinity pool takes advantage of the hill country vistas. Livestock including zebras, jackstock and longhorn cattle can often be seen from the pool and wrap around patio outdoor kitchen. This modern ranch home also has an open floor plan including an expansive family room, chefs' kitchen, bar & game room, offices for both owners and all the luxuries of an upscale urban home.
