Organize Don't Agonize Headquarters - I had so much decorating my home office! After measuring each area and space planning, I set out to find everything I wanted to create a fun and functional office for my business! I took down my sliding closet doors to have easier access to the closets and added these curtains from Target! I picked up lots of bins and boxes from Kmart, Ikea and Walmart for storage throughout the office. From Walmart.com, I bought a narrow bookshelf at to house my printer and printing supplies plus another great shelving unit that I keep colorful bins in for storing items. I added shelving from Lowes above my desk area and purchased the white leather futon and fur ottomans from Overstock.com! My little white TV I found on Amazon.com! Accessories come from, where else, but of course, Homegoods! This beautiful and charming home in Greenwich, CT was completely transformed and renovated to target today's young buyers. We worked closely with the renovation and Realtor team to design architectural features and the staging to match the young, vibrant energy of the target buyer.

We recently completed a development project in the Pemberton Heights area of North Vancouver. These 2 houses were built to benefit the long-term durability through the selection of efficient materials and process which will give a longer lifespan with lower maintenance and energy costs. This project was a perfect fit for us to assist in the design and execute the construction while working with some outstanding clients and consultants. A win for all of us! 
The original home was recycled hitting our target goals of 90%, leading way to a couple of stealth looking homes with performance levels right there with the best of them. Our mechanical engineer designed the mechanical systems to achieve maximum efficiency and hit our internal target goals that we have set for ourselves in accordance with our Vision here at Naikoon. These homes came in at EnerGuide score of 85% which can also be referenced in GJ with a score of 54GJ. To give you an idea of how this rating relates to an average home of this size, these 2 beauties on Mackay are about 80% more efficient. The main components in the design and equipment selection that leads to this are:
1) Space heating and Cooling
2) Water Heating
3) Lights and Appliances
4) Wall assemblies and insulation

Like all of our projects, we take pride in looking at the small details of the house. Things like, insulated water lines, domestic hot water heat recovery units, electric car plug-ins, solar power ready, extensive use of environmentally friendly materials, hot water heat pumps and stringent testing and inspection point along the way, led to a successful completion of 2 certified high-performance homes with Built Green Platinum and EnergyStar certifications. The goal was to create a stylish sanctuary in your own backyard! This reasoning spurred the inspiration for the backyard restyle at Project GC, which saw Ariel and Robert furnishing and styling their outdoor space on a budget so they could take advantage of the weather and spend more time outside while renovating the inside of their home. Our goal was to design with the great outdoors in mind by selecting furnishings that could withstand the weather and could remain outside throughout the seasons. We wanted to be budget conscious and therefor choose everything from Target. We intentionally chose furniture that was Target to meet our budget constraints but we also wanted to show that if you can only shop from one store, you can mix and match what they have to offer to create a one of a kind space. The natural whicker table and chairs are durable, lightweight and create a relaxed tropical vibe. The table is anchored to a black and white rug while providing a touch of modernism. Tropical plants were layered into the space in a variety of pots of different scales and textures. Colored was infused into the space with throw pillows and blankets that can easily be changed out to match the season. Finally, we created mood lighting with strung lights and lanterns of different scales that could remain outside. Voila – an outdoor space we could relax in!
