Embracing the challenge of grounding this open, light-filled space, our Aspen studio focused on comfort, ease, and high design. The built-in lounge is flanked by storage cabinets for puzzles and games for this client who loves having people over. The high-back Living Divani sofa is paired with U-Turn Benson chairs and a "Rabari" rug from Nanimarquina for casual gatherings. The throw pillows are a perfect mix of Norwegian tapestry fabric and contemporary patterns. In the child's bedroom, we added an organically shaped Vitra Living Tower, which also provides a cozy reading niche. Bold Marimekko fabric colorfully complements more traditional detailing and creates a contrast between old and new. We loved collaborating with our client on an eclectic bedroom, where everything is collected and combined in a way that allows distinctive pieces to work together. A custom walnut bed supports the owner's tatami mattress. Vintage rugs ground the space and pair well with a vintage Scandinavian chair and dresser.
Combining unexpected objects is one of our favorite ways to add liveliness and personality to a space. In the little guest bedroom, our client (a creative and passionate collector) was the inspiration behind an energetic and eclectic mix. Similarly, turning one of our client's favorite old sweaters into pillow covers and popping a Native American rug on the wall helped pull the space together. Slightly eclectic and invitingly cozy, the twin guestroom beckons for settling in to read, nap or daydream. A vintage poster from Omnibus Gallery in Aspen and an antique nightstand add period whimsy.

A beautiful mixture of both transitional and traditional styles is combined to blend with existing antiques and new transitional pieces for a unique dining room.
Gorgeous Teal hi-back chairs are accented with sliver nail heads that coordinates with a custom glass transitional dining table and pedestals.
A 19th Century Rococo Iron & Smoke crystal chandelier is hung from a 14' silver metallic domed ceiling. Light is reflected from both the glass table and a custom mirror that creates a stunning look for both sides of the table.
The room is accentuated with an antique multi colored antique tapestry , an heirloom tea service set and a vibrant centerpiece floral with purples, pink & white roses, complimenting the beauty and romance of this room.

Just off the sleeping area is a passage to the backyard, which has been smartly furnished as an office. The light salmon feature wall color bounces welcomed warm hues about the entire master bedroom suite.

Subtly cradled along the window edge of the primary bedroom is a warm, tranquil, and inviting reading nook, where serenity is perfectly framed by the window overlooking the majestic rise of Diamond Head. Sunlight spills softly onto plush cushions, wrapped in soothing shades of tan, off-white, and sea-inspired blue, a delicate palette chosen to mirror the grandeur of the ocean waves and the lush tapestry of the natural Hawaiian greenery beyond.
Every detail speaks of an artistry that honors and enhances the land and its natural beauty. The quiet confidence of teak furniture bridges the dance between shore and ocean, earth and sky, its warm wood grain harmonizing every element into a harmonious embrace.
As day drifts into evening, the interplay of soft tones and curated textures offers an invitation to linger, to watch the world unfold outside while luxuriating in comfort and elegance.

Within its 35m² of functional space, divided into an anteroom and a bathroom, Fernanda crafted a sunroom that intentionally brings together a vast array of elements: native Atlantic Forest species in a biophilic and naturalistic arrangement, a hand-painted chinoiserie adorning the walls, classic jequitibá wood furniture, refined retro-inspired tapestries, wallpapers, wooden beams reminiscent of country homes, ceramic lighting fixtures, and vases created exclusively for the project. This composition clearly expresses the richness of detail in her work and the depth of her research.
Driven by a desire to offer visitors a bucolic, fresh, and ethereal experience, landscaping was a central element of the project. Regarding the furniture, classic, rounded, lightweight, and intricately crafted forms were a prerequisite. Thus, the choice fell on pieces from Paschoal Bianco, crafted individually by master carpenters who are true artists in wood carving. Opting for the natural tone of jequitibá wood, the armchairs, stool, and side tables transport visitors to the grand residences and châteaus of rural France. To soften the design, natural fibers from Biasá were incorporated into the sofa, the Paris rattan chair, and a round rug, all displayed in an area the designer dubbed “the poetry corner.”
This corner, featuring a classic writing desk, a porcelain coffee cup, eucalyptus branches, books, and a note card beside a large window dressed with a dramatic, meticulously crafted curtain by A Morada, could only be called “the poetry corner.” Here, the public is invited to sit, contemplate the surrounding landscape, read, and write.

"The bedroom is more than a place to sleep for a teenager, there are few places where a teen can express themselves and the bedroom is their top choice."
We created a perfect transformation on this room.

This traditional living room is timeless, artistic, and inviting. We used light fabrics in neutral colors which were then highlighted with subtle prints through upholstered throw pillows.
Large floral wall decor, elegant floor-length window treatments, and tasteful decor gave this room plenty of intrigue and character.
