The client has a love for vintage collector's pieces, and this living room is a case in point with Vladimir Kagan chairs reupholstered in a silver zebra stripe velvet and an authentic boomerang sofa that was rebuilt and reupholstered in a navy velvet to play off the navy floating shelves. The teal and sage green Annie Selke rug balances nicely against the vintage rouge marble coffee table. The French doors with transom and sidelights were custom built as well to create a true office space, which has a vintage Maitland Smith console.

This formal living room is part of an open great room that includes a formal dining area as well. The space is done in a Transitional style that puts a Contemporary twist on the Traditional rustic French Normandy Tudor. The family room has a fireplace with stone surround, white walls. Two teal couches face each other with two pink arm chairs and a pink tufted ottoman between them. The exposed dark wood ceiling beams match the hardwood flooring and two metal bookshelves add to the rustic feel of the room. Animal patterns on the pillows and area rug accent the room. The formal dining room has a dark wood dining table with white tufted Elizabethan dining chairs. A traditional "faux candle" chandelier hangs over the table.

A modern and playful space that's all grown up, for a Dallas-area townhouse dweller. The Pulp Design Studios team gave this client's townhouse a refresh that's bright and vibrant with unexpected touches and a 'wow' factor. Pulp designers reimagined this space, while reusing many of the client's existing furnishings and bringing in thoughtful new pieces. The result is a vibrant and exciting open space that's perfect for entertaining and a Master Bedroom retreat that's stylishly relaxing

The fearless homeowner was open to a channel-back, rounded sofa in the Living Room, and t's soft curves ease circulation to other rooms. An oval shaped metal table was set in front of the sofa and a pair of zebra-print upholstered ottomans sit opposite. A chocolate-brown, shag rug anchors the 'Living Area' in this open floor plan and helps with acoustics.
