This exclusive guest home features excellent and easy to use technology throughout. The idea and purpose of this guesthouse is to host multiple charity events, sporting event parties, and family gatherings. The roughly 90-acre site has impressive views and is a one of a kind property in Colorado. The project features incredible sounding audio and 4k video distributed throughout (inside and outside). There is centralized lighting control both indoors and outdoors, an enterprise Wi-Fi network, HD surveillance, and a state of the art Crestron control system utilizing iPads and in-wall touch panels. Some of the special features of the facility is a powerful and sophisticated QSC Line Array audio system in the Great Hall, Sony and Crestron 4k Video throughout, a large outdoor audio system featuring in ground hidden subwoofers by Sonance surrounding the pool, and smart LED lighting inside the gorgeous infinity pool. This Family room was designed with comfort in mind. It is open to the tech area, dining area/nook and kitchen which make it perfect for entertaining. This is the multi functional tech area. Use it for a home office, a study space or even a kids play area.

Open main floor plan with casual Nook and large Kitchen. A tech desk area right off of the Nook allows for children to study or to jot down notes. The Kitchen is equipped with countless stainless steel appliances including a steam oven.

Juxtaposing the rustic beauty of an African safari with the electric pop of neon colors pulled this home together with amazing playfulness and free spiritedness. We took a modern interpretation of tribal patterns in the textiles and cultural, hand-crafted accessories, then added the client’s favorite colors, turquoise and lime, to lend a relaxed vibe throughout, perfect for their teenage children to feel right at home.

In the kitchen we used high-gloss white cabinets and white quartz composite countertops for a clean, modern look. The backsplash is plate glass as is the backside of the island. We added a touch of color with turquoise bookshelves at the edge of the pantry wall. A Miele appliance suite with a built-in espresso machine complete the high tech space. To keep the space airy and bring in natural light we installed transom windows above the cabinets. Photo: Eric Roth
