The nickel sink has a hammered texture with a Kohler Karbon articulating sink faucet. It can extend fully to fill large pots, lower into the sink for food preparation and cleanup or fold out of the way when it is not in use. There is a joystick lever on the right for adjusting water temperature.

Choose the Appropriate Color Temperature:When selecting outdoor stair lights, different color temperatures of the lighting have different requirements. For outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, or porches where you want to create a cozy atmosphere and enhance the sense of security, you can choose warm color temperature stair lights, such as light colors between 2700K and 3000K. This color temperature will give people a warm, welcoming feeling while effectively illuminating the stairs, enhancing visual effects and nighttime safety. As for public areas such as hotels, shopping malls, or parking lots that require emphasis on visual clarity and warning functions, you can choose neutral to cool white color temperature stair lights, such as light colors between 4000K and 6500K. This color temperature can provide brighter, clearer lighting effects, helping to increase vigilance and visual comfort.

This "rec room" is party central at this palatial manner, right down to the gallon sized bottle of Grey Goose and martini glasses. Of course, one has to have full control over one's surroundings, so La Scala has the sound, video, lighting, fire, and more under it's control. Even the fridges are monitored for just the right temperature, along with the room environment, using either the touch screen on the bar or by iphone/ipad. Just like in the restaurant fridges we monitor, if the temperature goes too low, the owner is notified (if he wants to be). Party on!

This is a custom wine cellar with touch panel that controls lights, temperature and a very unique setting for entertainment.

This modern style wine cellar has floor to ceiling glass panels on two walls. Wine storage appears to be floating by using a cable suspension system and provides a premium view of the stone walls behind. The cables are supported by the iron column & beam system. The iron work becomes part of the overall expression to interact and create a seamless design.

Permanent ice dam prevention is a simpler, more efficient way of keeping your roof safe during winter. Proper insulation and air sealing are ways to keep the temperature of your roof the same as the temperature of the eaves.
