A nostalgic visit to NBC’s home in New York that captures both the luxury of the Upper East Side and the scrappier, edgier feel of downtown. A vintage vinyl collection is the soundtrack for putting your feet up on deep blue velvet couches surrounded by images of NBC icons, while graffiti, rock show posters, and custom steel shelves (made from salvaged street signs) remind you of the years you spent couch-surfing and hitting clubs downtown.

This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. If you hate your brick or just want something unique this is a great option!

Finesse, Inc.The previous year Finesse, Inc. remodeled this home in Monrovia and created the 9-lite window at the entry of the home. After experiencing some intense weather we were called back to build this new entry way. The entry consists of 1/3 covered area and 2/3 area exposed to allow some light to come in. Fabricated using square steel posts and beams with galvanized hangers and Redwood lumber. A steel cap was placed at the front of the entry to really make this Modern home complete. The fence and trash enclosure compliment the curb appeal this home brings.

THE UP STUDIOFree Float is a pool house that continues UP's obsession with contextual contradiction. Located on a three acre estate in Sands Point NY, the modern pool house is juxtaposed against the existing traditional home. Using structural gymnastics, a column-free, simple shading area was created to protect occupants from the summer sun while still allowing the structure to feel light and open, maintaining views of the Long Island Sound and surrounding beaches.
