We helped them design this custom Three Season Room where they can do all three--and more! With heaters and fans installed for comfort, this family can now play games with the kids or have the crew over to watch the ball game most of the year 'round!

Arlington Heights, IL Three Season Sunroom, completed in 2020. The homeowners had a concrete patio they wanted add a three season room onto. They had two entries to the back yard, one from the garage and a sliding door into the dinning room. We stripped off the siding from the working area and laid fresh concrete for the foundation.

Dory Azar Architect was hired to design a three-season room addition for a recently constructed waterfront home (designed by others). Unlike typical pre-fabricated three-season rooms, the clients were committed to architecture which would complement their existing home. The contemporary and sculptural piece featured composite wood decking, corrugated metal siding, and a cedar trellis.

Situated above the Vancouver skyline, overlooking the city below, this custom home is a top performer on top of it all. An open kitchen, dining, and great room with a 99 bottle capacity wine wall, this space is made for entertaining. The three car garage houses the technical equipment including solar inverters and the Tesla Powerwall 2. A vehicle lift allows for easy maintenance and double parking storage. From BBQ season in the summer to the gorgeous sunsets of fall, the views are simply stunning both from and within the home. A cozy library and home office are well placed to allow for a more intimate atmosphere while still absorbing the beautiful city below.
